Those two look reaaaallly good together and it almost makes me want to buy the Fans Toys Galvatron. However, nothing is stopping Takara from making an actual Galvatron and I'm trying to sell my Apollyon now so yeah

Thanks man! Was a great day, snagged myself a 2013 Sideswipe off ebay - can't let Sunstreaker arrive without his brother. The 2013 version should be able to hold his gun too  

 

Congrats, brother! I think the '13 reissue is the one I have and he holds his gun ok (my RA+ doesn't, though). Mine does have a rough paint job, unfortunately, but at least the hood is flawless.

 

Cool, good to know. Mine is the Korean edition that was packaged in robot mode, I think it might have been early 2013 - will let you know how the paint looks when it gets here - looking forward to having a copy of this mould back!

Here's hoping! My original 2012 wasn't perfect paint wise either but I'd rather he be able to hold his gun  

 

I know Ironhide has been out for a while now but has anyone come up with a possible reason why he has a little dimple at the top of his nose? It's a question I ask myself every time I see his face.  

 

Quick, I've been looking at MP-14+ again. I need someone to talk me out of it Stat!!!

 

I really like the look of 14+. The color scheme just works so well with Inferno. Since I have both versions of Red Alert, I just prefer having Red+ in robot mode and regular Red in alt mode. I don't think you can go wrong buying 14+ because...wait, you wanted someone to talk you out of it.

 

it's been a while since I've contributed to this awesome thread. So here we go!

 

Just some artistic license taken by the designer, just like the panel line on the front of the mohawk and on either side of it. Stuff like that makes me roll my eyes a bit when some fans claim MPs are now "slavish" to the cartoon.

Hell no! DO IT! Seriously, I'm way happier with him than the initial RA release and you will be, too, if you already have Inferno.

Thanks DML! I was inspired after seeing all the cool photos in here. I'm slowly unpacking my bots from their cardboard prisons.
I'm currently using the bottom 2 shelves on each Deltof as storage for some of the mp boxes until I purchase a tackle box to hold all accessories and instructions ( just in case I forget to transform sone of the more intricate) and boxes go to the garage.
