I would love a MP Sunstreaker. I would be curious what engineering steps TT would take to make one. I love BC Sunstreaker but he's such a pain to transform, I bought two of him.

I believe Sam was the ones that made the conductors and has all of that information. I'll look to see if he sent me any info and I'll relay it to you.

I don't usually collect repaints, but when I do they are either Optimus, Soundwave, or Starscream.

In a way. For me, mainline Transformers started to look like crap sometime after TFTM. Most of what's been available through retail chains since then just hasn't been great quality or looks so there hasn't been much to entice me until MPs came along. Even then, most MPs are a pass for me too. I still buy a few mainline toys if one catches my eye and is a character I like but that is a very rare occasion.

I'm gonna drive the point home that we desperately need Masterpiece Galvatron with 2 simple words:

LEONARD NIMOY

Not only is it the 30th anniversary of the '86 movie, but the fact that Mr. Nimoy, who voiced Galvatron in said movie, is no longer with us, getting a Masterpiece Galvatron would be perfect to honor his memory, instead Takara keeps disrespecting the man by releasing one-off Autobots over the main Decepticon himself!

Please, Takara, do Leonard Nimoy justice, give us Masterpiece Galvatron already.

 

Lately guys I have become more selective of the Masterpieces I buy,for me I have 0 desire for any of these figures unless prices drop somewhat but here they are.

MP14 Red Alert (any version)
MP22 Ultra Magnus (I cancelled my order for him due to the buttflap)
MP26 Road Rage
MP29 Shockwave (that light purple just irritates me to no end)
MP31 Optimus Primal (I have a BW Primal that does the job,I don't need to pay $120 for MP Primal)
MP3? Delta Magnus (I dislike this color scheme even more than UM's Buttflap)
MP3? Inferno (too fat & bulky with slender face,major clashing I say)

I guess I am just Season 1 Geewunner and Partial Season 2 and so on.I just wish Takara would concentrate on doing the rest of the Ark Crew Set,atleast give us Megatron if nothing else.

Takara gave a small backstory that involves the machine that made the duplicate Optimus Prime in a "Prime Problem, and the ghost of Starscream starting the chain of events to create Black Rodimus.

I thought it would be fun to expand on it, and recreate the last few scenes with Black Rodimus holding up a matrixless Hot Rod.

The movie was dubbed in Japan and the voice actor was Seizō Katō, making them have no attachments to the original voice cast...but mr. Seizo also died already so...yeah... DRAMA!!!
