There's no tiny hands just for perfect transformation? The arms seem like they can fit way more than just the empty peg (but obviously not the ballooned cartoon hands)

I have the LE of this game (it is staring me in the face right now on the shelf) and just never hooked my PS3 back up to play it. Stupid non backward compatible PS4...

I've been tempted to get the new macross game but the US release lacking the mechs from the original series makes me wary. I almost bought the domestic release of the Haruhiko Mikimoto Character Designs art book but nope, also nerfed. Ugh.

I snagged the Japan Switch version which has the DLC included so I can pilot the VF-1S. Still waiting for the domestic release even though I know it probably won't have the DLC (DYRL) included.

Yeah, this alone is making me want to buy this release. Nice improvement to the existing releases.

Perhaps it's unfair, but the lack of integrated hands is deal-breaker for me.

I'd been mulling over getting him as the "pull off the shelf and play" counterpart to my DX VF-1S, but that doesn't work so well if he's married to a parts tray.

Ah well. Maybe I'll pick up a DX VF-1J instead if the opportunity presents itself.

It does seem like a minor thing to get hung up on, but the inability to keep the hands on really does kill a lot of the interest I had.

idk i'm still convinced that thing can fit. The hand has a slim profile. It was shown to fit in the original threezero animation. Until I hear someone say for certain you can't then I will hold onto hope.

I don't think it's the width so much as the height of the hands. In just about every picture they look too tall compared to the arms.

Can the three zero robo dou vf transform without using the extra parts for torso?
The video says required... Are those extra parts really required?!?!

Yes, confirmed. Some collectors got it over here and there’s no hands that can fit into the groove. I kind feel disappointed and relief as I also PO-ed the figure.

My closed fist hands fit inside the arms for transformation.

Do you have a photo of the hands in the arms by any chance?

Sadly for me though it isn’t enough…somehow it’s ingrained in my brain that it must be the gun gripping hand that can fit lol

Eh; Should have a set of Articulated Hands included as a Standard Option.

Never Personally Was a Fan of the original TV "Balloon Hands" in any case.

I of course Do Realize that 3Z is out to appeal to the apparent Worldwide majority that lust after "Toon Accuracy" But Still...

The clown hands stay in the box for me, should have stuck with a set of " standard" hands.
