I have one prepaid at NY, but my Amiami order isn't paid yet. I wasn't sure if they don't need payment as soon as NY does?
I haven't received an email from them yet and was starting to wonder.

Don’t worry about AmiAmi yet. They don’t request payment until they receive the stock.

$25 for the long showcase display is like 90% off the regular price of the case itself @FireSkyJet. Hopefully that you have a large cube van to help you move that heavy sucker..

My HMRs, TFs and a few built Lego pieces are out and in display, the others are in the boxes due to the lack of display options.

That was my first PO madness ever, so I prepaid that night. (I have no idea how I landed it going through the extra hoop of paying through PayPal, but I did.) Just happily waiting for it to ship now. ;)

Yeah man! I measured the bed of my SUV prior and it was a perfect fit. Had my dad roll with me and picked it up. I need to refurb it and find or have made a couple of sliding panels for the back of it and rewire the lighting but all-in-all a tremendous find at that price. Totally pleased with it.

Hmm... Using Strip LEDs all around the top and side?

Haven't decided yet. There's actually traditional showcase lighting built in but the wiring was hardwired instead of a plug, so I need to connect it to a plug and go from there. We'll see how it looks when done. But I'm guessing it may be a month or two.

Got my hands on a couple new acquisitions from HLJ today! Imagine my surprise a week or so ago when Messer's VF-31F showed up in stock, I never thought I'd get my hands on any version of that toy for retail price! Also threw down a few bucks to give my Arcadia VF-1J Milia version a husband, and grabbed a couple of Hasegawa's VF-1J Max/Milia 2 packs, mostly because I didn't realise that each box included 2 complete models... Congrats on the VF-31F! I was hoping that they would stay in stock till I could try for the Max VF-1A. Was going to buy one as a consolation prize, but it is now sold out.

I'm glad someone got one here instead of scalpers.

    Plus I didn't need Messer's unit since I have Chuck's.

I would have settled for any one of them, honestly, but I'm glad I nabbed this one, as I feel it's the best looking of the bunch

So I just cracked open my Max VF-1J, and the right knee and ankle extensions don't lock into place like they're supposed to... Is this a common problem and is there a fix out there?

Ah crap, I had a similar problem on my copy. I sent it back to HLJ and the next one I got was flawless. Fixing it might be more trouble than it's worth. See if you can get an exchange.

It's not really a stability issue, at least not so far, I'll see how it handles in Battroid mode then I'll think about Ann exchange
