So a Bandai DX Macross VF1S valk went from about $200 to a $500 armored up, missiled up, and having to overpay up from NY....wtf am I on? Fucking Bandai better not come out with a full set valk for $300!!!
That's nothing.. Arad's 31s started at 22k yen then jumped to roughly 38k yen many days later when the Silpheed Armour was announced. Bandai is going to nickel and dime us on the accessories regardless and NY is going to at least triple/quadruple the price on the stuff that are hot sellers.

My wife just yelled at me last night when I got home from business travel. She was like, "I went into the basement..." Apparently my toys were all over so I told her I would buy a couple more Detolfs HA. I'm OCD enough not to just throw them in there. But I had unboxed a bunch of toys that had been stored the last few months. Don't think she realized how much I had.

It is totally awesome to see, but whenever I think of buying nice shelves it always seems I have another figure I want instead! Oh well, one day I'll look respectable! For now, I have more than I could afford to buy detolfs for anyway so I keep most stuff in box until I feel like taking something out for a spin. It's actually kind of fun to get out an item I haven't seen in awhile and get that old "Xmas morning present opening" sensation!
Totally understandable. If I were to buy enough detolfs to put my entire collection, they wouldn't even fit on my entire property and I would need hundreds of them, lol! BUt, it's still good to have some display space that you can rotate toys onto. You don't want to know. But in case you do.
