Exactly. It's not a slightly mis-colored $15 Hasbro deluxe. It's a completely-wrong $300 valk. Way too much money to think "it looks nothing like it should" every time I see it on the shelf.
Yeah, for a much cheaper toy I'd probably just live with the color. For $300 I don't want to look at my VF-0 Shin and think "Max". This is probably the most petty I've ever been with a Macross toy. Anyway, I'm still very eager to read and hear reveiws of this so I know what to expect from the upcoming A & S versions. Still not sure which of those I'm getting yet.

I want Shin's 0A because the time it was released before was with 50% prone to breakages and 50% reportedly okay. This time around should be much better. That SD VF-1 by FansMakeToys blows away any SD Toynami ever made. It's like a modern Joke Machine.
I'm happy with the 0D, color be damned. That's not to say that I'll buy ANOTHER 0D with the correct colors either!
Well I canceled my preorder. I wanted the corrected blue because it's different and I think it just looks better on that design. They should just rename it to Max and then try again later with the correct shade of blue.
