Hmmm.... looks okay, though kind of flat (yeah I know manga style looks flat to begin with). I keep thinking that there are either some perspective or proportional issues, though again, that could just be my eyes playing tricks on me. I keep thinking her breasts are too high and extend out too much and the arm looks a little two small. This isn't a bad picture as the pose and general composition seems good, just more of a case of editing a few things. In fact, you may consider doing some life drawing (ie) have someone model just to get the pose and general proportions and perspective down pat, and then "overlay" your actual character over that.
