Only if they fix Jetfire's design flaw. Otherwise, no thanks.

Okay, let me get this straight, a lot of the Rise of the Beasts toys are already in Target's system, so that means we might see them in less of a year, what's intriguing is that there's a rumour about the Studio Series versions of the characters coming in 2023, does this means the mainline of the movie are only kid gimmick-like figures?.

Some of our leaker friends have heavily implied or outright stated this is the case.

Which honestly, isn't the worst thing in the world - it means we'll get more accurate figures that are based off final or near-final CGI models rather than concept art when they do come to Studio Series. As opposed to getting figures like Car Shatter and Helicopter Dropkick who are highly inaccurate.

Well, technically we got the SS much after the movie was released, so there's still the possible outcome.

As someone who's not all that bothered by whether or not something's 100% accurate, I am pretty disappointed to know that I won't have any ROTB figures to coincide with the movie's release. Worse than that, the fact there doesn't seem to be any Voyagers or Leaders in the dedicated ROTB lines indicates those size classes' exclusivity to Generations, which started with Warden, will continue past his time in the franchise. This means, regardless of whether there's anything new and interesting in any future cartoons, there won't be many good toys to go with them.

Hasbro has been slacking with live-action SS a lot this year, makes me wonder if they'll ever get to TLK or if they'll just get pushed back into oblivion once ROTB roles around. Like, we've been hearing about guys like Sideways and the rest of the Seeker repaints, yet they haven't been seen anywhere.

im pretty sure hasbro has seen through the comment sections of just about every post they've made that there is demand for live-action studio series releases. so eventually we'll definitely see tlk cause im sure studio series isn't gonna end before at least getting past 100. plus since ss86 is ending about halfway through next year then im sure we'll see some normal live-action releases before rotb hits

I actually don't think SS86 is ending mid-2022. We've already heard reports of SS86 Ironhide / Ratchet coming in 2023...

Personally, I feel like they're really stretching SS86 now, most of the characters have been covered, but it'll exist as long as there are G1 characters to put out, regardless of how much they were featured in the actual movie.

That's true, but for 2022 at least, it seems like the majority of what isn't SS86 will be Bumblebee movie-based. So, very few from the Bay era once again. But we'll see.
