    Add viper96-00 to the list.

Won a MIB Evac. Paid immediately. Listing said it will take up to 4 days before item ships due to work, school, etc - ok, fine, good to know. Listing gave an estimated delivery date. Watched and waited for a shipping update - never got one.

On the estimated delivery date (2 weeks later), I sent an email to the seller asking for tracking number and status. He very effectively dodged the tacking number request and stated that if the item did not arrive, that he would give a full refund. Considering eBay's guarantee...

Gave it another week, and again contacted the seller. Again, I requested the tracking number so I could follow it through USPS.

Instead of giving me the tracking number, he refunded my money and said the following, "Hi. i have issued you a refund as the Postal Service can't find the package. USPS has no tracking after Providence, R.I. if they ever do find it I will contact you and ask if you still want the item. Please accept the cancellation of transaction I have sent as well. Sorry for the whole mishap, this is twice in 3 months that they have lost a package of mine."

Funny how not one, but TWO of his TF items "got lost" by USPS in Providence, RI! I mean one would almost think HASBRO has a tractor beam set up to intercept eBay TF shipments so they can be reabsorbed into the collective at headquarters. LOL

He did give a full refund, but just the same something very fishy, about the story. Keep an eye on this one guys...

    Ebay:
    Add Transfan282 to the list:

Just had a LONG back and forth regarding a refund. Recently purchased a MIB Deszaras from the seller and he clearly absconded the Dragon neck from auction. When I received the item, the figure was lacking half of it's black paint and appears to never have been painted from the factory. Something that clearly should of been mentioned in the auction.

I notified Transfan282 about this issue and offered to take a minor refund. The emails quickly turned into arguments and threats stating the item I photographed was not the same was the one he mailed. After waiting 4 days for a response, he finally agreed to a minor $50 refund.

At this point, Transfan282 returned the entire amount (Deszaras isn't cheap) out of spite for me requesting the small refund. He told me that I need to give-up the refund or else. Anyhow, I notified him of the error on his part, returning the full amount instead of partial, and received a nasty email regarding how I planned this all along and that I was going to steal the item from him.

After a few email exchanges, I reassured him I wouldn't do that and once the check clears, I will refund the difference to him asap.

Seller is dishonest, angry, and rude. I would avoid any future purchases from this individual.

    apparent crook

    osnijr

dude sent a huge lego set marked at only 2oz weight requiring me to pay $4.74 postage due just to receive the item. Now he won't refund the $4.74 and is ignoring/pretending not to understand my messages.

I actually paid $8 shipping which should have covered it.

All his auctions are fake, copied from recently sold ones. Of course eBay will let these stand and the saps who bid on these auctions are going to enjoy a serious headache.

Perhaps, someone could add a list to the beginning of the post so we can just see the beginning of the post instead of going through all the pages

The original poster would have to do that. There is a list on Page 75 I think.

    Solid seller. She always delivers.
