Definitely want the flower pot. Now that we can see what the pirate one actually is, I don’t need it whatsoever.

I've already rearranged my Lego sw shelf to fit the emperors thrown room. The endor set is neat but I thought the hoth set out now seemed like a mini kit upsell.

I've been thinking about when Lego might release another snow speeder, I was worried that there would be a lot of sets based on new stuff for a while. Thing is in ESB they said that the speeders needed to be adapted to the cold and then they got marketed as snow speeders. They need to put "the speeders" on other planets in the new shows.

I am glad I'm not the only one who remembered that they mentioned the Rebels had to modify the T-47 for the cold/snow!

They did have them in the Obi-Wan Disney+ show in Episode 4 (had to look up the episode number) where they flew in a non-snow environment.

Awesome, I actually came back to edit that comment since I haven't seen everything. Sounds like they're doing it right. :)

I also recall an issue of the old 80's Marvel comics in which the Rebellion set up a base on a jungle planet inside a mountain (with little telepathic creatures), and they used those same speeders on that planet, but now in green.

And Kenner also intended to keep Star Wars toys alive in the 80's by going in a new direction, and I think there was a recreation of the (Snow) speeder in that in a more sand deco I think?

Added new shoulders to my Charger bot. He now looks well built.
If I work out better shoulder and neck articulation he's perfect. PXL_20230330_074917266.jpg
He's got full articulation and moving parts mechanisms in knees and chest a la Gundam.

The next GWP Houses of the World is available.

Also has a VIP Spring Add-On pack for spending $50. They still have the Easter Bunny GWP available ($70 spend limit).

Edit: Ordered the Disney Celebration Train set and all three Indiana Jones sets to get all the freebies.

Geez. Was ready to checkout and saw the Up House got changed to Backordered.

Well...was gonna add that, the Mustang, and the Potter Brickheadz (to make the $250 min). But now I might hold off on the Mustang and just get the Up House in store on my weekend.

And since I dont have the House 1, not getting House 2 isnt a big deal to me.

Also Real Madrid Stadium for $250 ($149.46 off from $399.95).

These the only two for the higher priced Legos.

Is there a story on why Lego hasn’t done a Star Trek-themed line? I know they had Kreo at one point but that wasn’t extensive or good I think. I’d love a decent Star Trek Lego line.

I would guess a lack of child appeal for the most part, and that huge chunk of time where it was not doing much. Any Star Trek merch I have seen was either shelfwarming Abrams stuff for children or things made for fans of 50 year old show. Though with Lego making sets that more explicitly target adult consumers now and Star Trek seeing a revival over the past few years I could see that changing. Though its also possible Lego and Paramount do not have a great relationship? They had a brief stint of Nickelodean sets then those went back to Mega Bloks or other companies I dont even see in store or remember the name of

But I could picture a series of ships at a few hundred each, all featuring a full cast. One every couple of years or something.
