Got my order in for the Sleigh and a few other items I'm worried will go out of stock (e.g., Brickheadz Hamsters which is on my daughter's wish list), Mini Disney Castle, Penguin.
Don’t get me wrong, I know I’m getting fleeced by LEGO. I was actually thinking about how great the MCX Castle Grayskull is the other day and almost ordered instead lol. The review embargo gets lifted on October 8 for the Tumbler so we should be seeing a lot of photos and video then.
I did see the smaller tumbler recently, the one that comes with Batman and Scarecrow, so I might try and grab that one. Oh and that Castle Grayskull was an awesome and fun build, totally worth it in my opinion.
I got the little one yesterday (Walmart put it out a day early) and it is pretty awesome. I still have the last bag to do but it’s a very dense build. It’s great. Good to hear about Grayskull! I haven’t been collecting the MCX MOTU line but it looks great!
Good to know about the smaller tumbler, definitely gonna look into getting it as I really enjoyed the 66 batmobile build but would have preferred the tumbler. As for grayskull, it's awesome and definitely a good size, MOTU and TMNT is really the only mega stuff I collect
Well Santa's Sleigh and Disney Mini Castle are both temp sold out now. Glad I ordered both last night so I don't have to worry about hunting them down later.
Aw man that is adorable... I was going to go look at this set thinking it was the crocodile one only to discover that it is the one I already have. So now I get to rebuild the T-rex into the better mode.
Mighty Dinosaurs is so easily available and inexpensive that it's worth getting three just to have all the models.
It really harkens back to the early 00’s creator sets. In the best way. It’s a quick build for all three modes, it’s got some nice SNOT techniques without being overly convoluted. And all three builds are nice little desk toys.

The ones I got were in security boxes so I couldn’t feel them up. I knew as soon as I had them in hand what they were by feel though. I’m pretty much a pro at it at this point, lol! I’m just going to return the extra Vision if I ever remember to do it.
I spent a while feeling, using that exact guide---after like 20 I was pretty sure I had a Wanda----but it was Gamora. (I really wanted Capt Carter, but like half the figures have the shield and I gave up trying for her) I actually have better luck with random grabs than with feeling.
Even when I get a chance to feel, lately if I can I just grab a few handfuls and feel them at home later. Then, I usually plan to return the extras but most the time, I “forget” or just lazy and I have a bunch of extras of most the previous waves lying around.
I've had some good luck finding the Disney+ CMF minifigs and avoiding repeats. I'm missing 3 which I have not come across yet (Zombie Cap, Loki and Gamorra). I have not seen any figures in stores in a few weeks. Gotta try to hit some other places besides Target and Walmart. Any suggestions? Went to the Lego Store today to try and get the new $40 Tumbler, but it was sold out and no Marvel CMFs. Ended up ordering the Tumbler from online.
