Yeah, I love the Roller Coaster. Are you going to get a motor for it or keep it manual?

I'm gonna keep it manual. I just don't have the budget for Power Functions (which are retired) or their equivalent "Powered Up" motor elements right now. Besides which, my kitchen counter is just a temporary home for the coaster. When our roommate moves out (sometime late in the year) I'm moving my Lego work area to my basement.

My ideal setup is a Dinosaur Zoo built up around the coaster, kinda like how Wyandot Lake and Zoombezi Bay (technically the same park) were built around their Water Dragon coaster (still standing even after a change in ownership)

Is that a flip up face mask for Iron Man's helmet?

Also, rumor has it that Double VIP Points will be active the week of April 12-16. That just might make me pick up the Discovery Shuttle.

Could be wrong though given how Lego started clamping down on leaks, but the rumors are floating around regardless.

Yes, that looks to be the classic two-part helmet tooling, rather than the single-piece one that they've been using for many of the non-MCU-based sets.

My shuttle and the GWP’s arrive today after all. Good thing I don’t care too much about the packaging. Normally my stuff comes fairly close to how it would off the shelf, but this time the little ideas rocket ride was fairly crumpled and the shuttle box was really crunched in a corner. Hopefully I can work on this or Barracuda Bay next week

Yeah, I much prefer the classic two-part helmet despite stories of the hinges being fragile and breaking for some people. I've never had it happen to me though I only ever opened and displayed one such figure with the two-piece helmet.

Which is part of why I didn’t like the Avengers game expansion armory of a movie set.

Worse comes to worse you could always do a cross dressing Bugs or get a second Sylvester to make his son. Wait that's only 14 then.........uh Duck Dodgers Daffy to go with Marvin. Oh oh maybe even Robin Hood Daffy complete with tree stump(space granting).

uhhhhhhhhhh okay Googling character ideas kind of stumbled onto pics of the set. Apparently some retailer in Cali didn't follow the may release date and sold a set at the very least. Login • Instagram

LEGO Looney Tunes Collectible Minifigure Series First Look! - Brickfinder

Supposedly 3 full sets per case so shouldn't be hard to get everyone. Guessing Lego is going to be pissed considering they were planning a slow reveal on social media leading up to the release. Whoopsie!

Yup still sticking with a few Bugs and a Taz, for now at least.

Haha, good ideas. Maybe I'll stick a Daffy head on an old Forestman body for a Robin Hood Daffy. :)

Apparently I bought a "Thing" yesterday.

Still sealed and in my closet until I get time to crack open the box (or unless my youngest nephew and niece storms into my room or gets totally covered in cat hair). :D

I think I redact my earlier comment - looks like Marvin does use medium legs! Do still wonder why Lego is so sparse with those though.

I didn't realize Wile E. came with an anvil, that's kind of perfect.

So Brothers Brick and Brickset posted their reviews of the looney tunes CMF...and none of them got Wil.E Coyote.
I'm genuinely amazed that it could actually happen.

Well on the bright side at least Lego is aware of the issue. Still weird it happened though.

Double VIP points just started; today till April 20th.

I'm not seeing the double points show up when I go to checkout an item in my cart, but I assume it's working; maybe someone can confirm.

No GWP or anything to sweeten the deal, at least for now. Anything coming up before the 20th? Any news on when the probe is supposed to be available?

this is where I’m at - I’ll probably purchase the Police Station during this, but I’d like to get as much as possible (ie GWP if there is an opportunity)

Edit: looks like a dots promotion will start the 26th, but nothing before.

The rumored new date for the probe has come and gone, so now it's "whenever". I'm hoping maybe by the time the 60's Batmobile releases, so I can get them together.
