It still bothers me how Lego can't be assed to do these kinds of interiors. If those black computer slopes were dark grey instead it'd be perfect and hardly outside the budget.
Got the SDCC Black Widow set from Amazon yesterday, shipped in one of those paper bubble bags but remarkably was delivery unscathed
Since that Lego is scaling down there OG sets and making it to have a smaller footprint, a smaller version of the B-Wing is most likely in the works. Wishlist item for me (if Lego gets the go ahead): Moff Gideon (with the Darksaber) and his personal Tie Fighter with the foldup wings.
I'd love a new B-Wing. I kept hoping we'd see a TROS Resistance version (to compete the A-, X-, and Y-Wing) but no such luck there. If and when we get a Moff Gideon minifig, I hope Lego gives us a new molded two-piece Darksaber instead of just the normal lightsaber hilt piece plus a boring black bar for the blade to represent it as they've done in the past.
I’m beginning to think that Lego doesn’t understand the word ‘temporarily’ in their out of stock listings. 3+ months is beyond temporary in most parts of the world. Looks like I’ll be getting the new modular before the haunted house.
So after the new Mandalorian episode Spoiler I really want that 20th Anniversary Slave I. The only reason I'm holding off buying it, aside from money of course, is that I have a theory that after the destruction of the Razor Crest, Mando will end up with Slave I as his new ship, and if he does, I figure there's a pretty good chance of a new, Mandalorian themed Slave 1 set, hopefully in the same scale as the Razor Crest and not the new cheaper scale. I'll have to wait two more weeks, and hope that if I'm wrong, the 20th anniversary version isn't sold out everywhere by then.
Spoiler MISB Lego Razor Crest is now accurate to the ship on the show, unbuilt and still in the box, lol. RIP. I also backed the Haslab Razor Crest and I had a sneaking suspicion that this would happen. Ah well, I still like the design of the ship very much as it reminds me of the more utilitarian drop/gunship designs of the prequel movies with giant honking A-10 Thunderbolt II jet engines strapped to it. When I get around to building it, I'll need to upgrade those engines with the same big gray curved pieces in Poe's X-Wing set from TROS.
Spoiler Mando spoiler for the latest episode When the Razor Crest exploded, I literally said out loud "I just bought the Lego set!!" lol A little miffed about it exploding. Now I'm considering selling it, but I'm gonna wait until the end of the season. Prediction: Something tells me Mando might inherit the Slave 1, which I'm not a fan of.
Spoiler I predict Disney/Hasbro/Lego will force Faveroni to replace the Crest with a nigh-identical ship. Can't have that expensive Haslab project go up in smoke, now, can we?

I would be okay with the regular handle and just a new blade piece that's shaped correctly. I'm sure we'll get a Lego Moff Gideon at some point, and I can't see them just sticking a boring black bar in as the blade. At least I hope not
