    Pork belly that is boiled first then drained. Put salt and pepper then deep fried. Cut into smaller square pieces. To me, its best served with side dishes or sauces like atchara or a combination of soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic or how my mom serves it (Kamatis, Bagoong, Lasona or chopped tomatoes, fish sauce and onions). Served with rice like always. I have to warn you bagoong is not for everyone. Took me a long time to actually like it.

    Ick, yogurt. The company I work for makes Dannon. Damn stuff's one DNA strand away from walking.

    Supper today- cubed pork roast mixed with scrambled eggs over home-made home fries, lightly seasoned with garlic and minced onions, all covered with fiesta cheese.
