Well its been a Fun ride with Animated. Ironhide and Roddy will be the last to my collection unless TC or Blackout appear in the states by Hasbro. For those of you who have been here with Peaughs Animated Toy Thread knows that me with a few others spent loads of money on these guys which I vowed not to do again. So as I said with TC and Blackout this is it. I'm really going to miss this line of TFs.

I still have some hope left that Thundercracker will show up...but it's slowly fading. It makes me sad.

I am planning on getting a Custom Voyager done as I hate the deluxe version of Sentinel after my last 3 Custom Dinobots are finished.

Why quit with several toys still on the way soon, from japan? and Blackout already available? Why no deluxe Optimus Primes? or... dude, you're still missing quite a few molds! don't stop now!

No way! The Cybertonian Mode Optimus Prime is an excellent figure, especially with that battle axe. But hey, everyone's got their cup of tea, right? :thumbs2:

I'm definitely still collecting many TFA figures. I've gotten Blackout still MISB. He looks so damn good in the Takara packaging it's hard to open him up right away. Rodimus is by far the best Animated figure IMO. But, my opinion might be a little skewed.

The ones that are missing are repaints. I don't collect repaints just for the hell of it. They have to be in the show. Deluxe Prime and Megs are a real easy pass as they just don't have the size to be in my Collection. So I am only really missing Sentinel Prime but that will be resolved within a year.

Well, you picked the right guy to buy last. Sentinel Prime isn't the worst toy ever, but he is so short that he's hard to display with any accuracy, fits in worse than Lugnut IMO. I'm right with you though, Animated is a line that I'll miss a LOT. I won't give up yet though, as it will probably be the 1 line that I collect every damn figure for. Just got me a dark convoy...now I have to start scheming for that LE Wingblade Prime...

I'm not the biggest fan of Animated but I'll admit Rodimus is pretty cool. The line went out with one of the high points IMO.

I'd still get Thundercracker if it's ever released just to have all the Seekers even though I think the mold is garbage...

deluxe prime is not rubbish. he fits in with the group much better than voyager prime does. remember optimus was supposed to be smaller and magatron was supposed to be huge

Finally someone else who likes deluxe prime better. Even on tfwiki it says the voyager is more in scale. To them I say put the voyager next to leader Bulkhead see if it looks right at all.

I did love Animated, wish I bought more toys. That was stupid.

I don't care for Ratchet, Arcee has fallen off the face of the Earth, Ironhide looks cool, Rodimus looks stupid to me.

    So I guess I'm done. R.I.P Animated.

All I'm missing is Swindle from mainline US releases. And I guess Skywarp too. Getting Blackout tonight online. Then I just gotta wait for the other TRU exclusives and I'm all good

I don't understand what your point is, but Blackout isn't a repaint and he was on the show.

Scale freaks will justify anything if it's in scale.

I don't care for the Battle Begins deluxe version personally, but what's so bad about the Cybertron Mode Deluxe?

I also keep deluxe cybertron prime as the optimus in my main animated display b/c of the scale. If I used voyager, then Sentinel and Lugnut would be wayyy, wayyy too small instead of just way too small.
