    I still think the original is a great movie as well. That remake was just plain awful. I understand why they tried to make it all modern and stuff, but it just wasn't iconic like the original. The CGI in the remake also could have used some work; especially with Gort.

    The Dark Knight Rises

    Personal enjoyment score: 5/10
    Score as a film in general: 9/10

    It would seem I can now say that on a personal level, I wasn't a fan of Dark Knight Rises. I thought I should go and see it again, but was unable to work up any enthusiasm to do so :( 

    However, it is still an excellent movie with stellar casting, intelligent direction, excellent visual effects and a definite ending, no wishy washy both ways bets hedged, it ended. It is a worthy send off the Nolan Batman film series and you should make an effort to see it at least once in the cinema.

    The Watch - 7/10

    Not as bad as I had heard it was. It was more than just a 90 minute Costco commercial. Vince Vaughn had most of the best lines. Really liked the British guy, although his accent sounded more like he was from New Zealand.

    Not as "ball-your-eyes-out-sad" as I thought it was going to be, but I give it mad props for giving Channing some good material to work with.

    The dark knight rises 7/10
    I liked this movie but found it a mess. from major plot holes to a lame villan. it really didnt thrill me as much as the dark knight. While I'm not the biggest batman fan to begin with I liked this movie and had a good time
