Yeah I think those three (mainly Blurr and Kup) need it the most. Ironhide's not great but not that bad or as bad as those three.
No, no websites. I'll post in each of the current/recent threads when I'm ready to start and details can be finalised in PMs.
Well if you're doing Ratchet variants, is it safe to assume you've got a half-Megatron cronenbergian variant planned?!
Don't think I haven't looked into it! The only problem is how to properly support it, given few people are likely to want to melt two figures together.
Update: I've made some changes to Blurr's chinplate. It is no longer extruded from the chin. I manged to widen and deepen the surrounding grooves enough to show up after priming, though I can't guarantee they'll be visible for all paints. It looks severe on the model, but it's hairline on the prints.
No, I just felt that "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!" was a bit rude, so I wanted to say "please continue to post updates! Also take my money!"
Sorry guys! Lots of behind-the-scenes stuff (boring toil) as I work out logistics and battle work commitments. Each head goes through multiple rounds of testing, with lots of tweaks and iterations. I need to make sure Cults files are up-to-date, (with resin variants) and production plate arrangements are good to go. I'm also mindful that I want as much product available so that people can maximise value of their postage costs when they order. This makes things particularly complicated, having multiple products with many components. In regards to production of painted heads; There's some Megatron heads in the mix as well as possible residual demand for Galvatron prints. I'm not sure whether to hold off on Cyclonus or make him available too. I'm currently looking at a run of 30 orders, in batches of six a week over five weeks. If there's still demand, I'll reassess afterward. At the moment I'm looking at a first come-first served model. I'd like to keep this affordable but need to limit supply due to time commitments. I'm also expecting a Buzzworthy Kup, which complicates matters slightly. It places a partial production delay and I can't show a sample until I have it in hand. I'd suggest to people who want a painted Blurr to check out goonspoons awesome designs, here. He can get those to you more readily and support you better than I can from over here. I will be releasing Blurr on Cults soon, though.
With the last tests completed, Kup and Blurr have both been added to Cults and are now available for download! Click on each of the above to take you to the page on Cults. A few other random photos: Blurr's new chin. Some assembly required. I'll update with pricing for painted heads starting soon, (it might be a big post).

This is for Kup, Megatron (G1 and G2), a Galvatron rerun and weapons are available too! I will be providing some of my printed Blurr heads, free of charge, to select customers who have gone above and beyond to support my work, as a thank you. Sorry to bore you with a block of text. It may seem a bit like legalese, but it helps to state things early so everyone can be clear. Details. This is a limited run of 30 orders, which may include multiple prints, produced in weekly batches of six. I don’t currently have the time to do 10 a week as I did for the last one, unfortunately. I’d rather under commit and over deliver, than vice versa. I will let people know which production week they’ve been allocated to. Allocations are determined by order date and time, though payment is required before the week of production as these are made to order. People who have already contacted me are placed on a tentative list. However, this must be finalised by receipt of payment. Prices are displayed, though I am happy to quote for confirmation. PM me to place an order and I will let you know my Paypal details. If for some reason I am significantly disrupted by work commitments, (projects or higher duties) or some calamity occurs, I will reverse any remaining transactions, (issue refunds), so I am not holding on to anyone’s money. Completion of orders and repayment can be arranged after the disruption has passed. That said, I don’t anticipate anything like that happening, I’d just like to have a policy just in case. For anyone who doesn’t know already; I’m located in Australia, so the bulk of orders are traditionally international post. For international delivery, all heads are packed in a small box, with foam rubber cushioning and sealed within a bag for protection, with packing paper to secure the box within the bag. The bag is also a local requirement, as an A4 customs declaration needs to be affixed for international delivery. Delivery fees are fixed. They apply to anything that isn’t a document. Until a few years ago there was a small parcel rate, but that is no longer available. I encourage people to order multiple prints to get the most out of delivery fees. I will endeavour to respond to PMs within two days. This kind of project can result in considerable amounts of correspondence, so please bear with me and please also recognise that time spent responding diminishes my time spent producing. A general disclaimer: Most items are painted resin prints and are for display purposes and not intended for robust play. Printed resin is more fragile than manufactured plastics and will fracture when broken. Please handle with care and keep away from any little ones. While care is taken to give each product the best finish possible with the equipment used and the budget allocated, I make no guarantee of any standards held by any individuals or collectives. These are intended as affordable garage-style customs for the fan community and I have not charged labour in any aspect, including development, testing, production, maintenance, correspondence or delivery.
Sounds great! Do you have photos of whats included in each order so that people know what they are getting into? I know there was some confusion onto which faces were included last time.
All displayed faces (appropriate to their heads) were included for the Galvatron batch and it's a similar story with Kup and Megatron. A few people assumed there would only be one face per head and were surprised to find multiple faces in their package, but it was decided early on not to make faces exclusive to a particular delivery format. This thread is a showcase of faces for Kup and Blurr, with changes updated as they occur. I'll make a post collecting photos and renders of the final faces, but it may take me a while, so bear with me. Edit: I'll post here, to be close to the prices. I'll also update the other threads when I can. Photographs of the head showing the three faces. A bonus face is also included (not pictured). Parts included for Blurr Photographs of Kup's faces Parts included for Kup. He has two hats.
Why am I not seeing much of a difference between Blur's original face and this one? This chin is smaller, right?
