I would definitely like to buy some fully painted faces for Kup!

 

I definitely want some of those heads! Really improves Kup

 

Just based on reference images I found your sculpt to have a more prominent chin. The official head was pretty extreme in this regard.

The third ref looks like a tweener, rather than a key, but I think the first is consistent. Are you talking about the chin plate? That's raised a fraction of a mm as recessed cuts don't show well at that scale. The face is smaller than my little fingernail and the second smallest I've done.

Is the head that bad though? Cause I think it looks way better than how Kups, and Blurr's heads turned out.

 

I will definitely buy that Kup head with the cigar if you put them up for sale. Ridiculously good color-matching too.

True but i don’t think it’s as bad or annoying as Blurr’s elongated chin looking like a Jay Leno.

 

To me that head is fine. Pretty sure you can swap it with some minor mods with a Siege or Earthrise head if you want.

 

I'd take one of everything you're making! Painted or not.

 

I'd say it is neither the best nor the worst Ironhide head HasTak have come up with. It takes a different approach to the last two releases and it doesn't appear to look its best in the lighting we've seen. But to be honest, I'm pretty happy with the Siege release, so I'm not compelled to get the SS86 at this stage. A Ratchet though, I would definitely be interested in, (cartoon and comic variants).

I'd also say that Kup, Blurr and Cyclonus are my priorities at this stage. They were pretty close overall, but probably didn't get the budget to spend much time on the heads.
