Update: 17th August. Heads up on Cults! After a hectic week, here's a glimpse of Kup as promised. I had a slight hold up as at this size resins with different properties vary the fit, so tolerances had to be balanced between test resins. I may still make one or two tweaks for detail. But as it stands, it has 5 replaceable faces, (3 for Blurr) and just like Malibu Stacy it comes with a new hat, (to mix and match for the IDW look and to make painting easier). The Blurr head is based off neurowing's amazing designs. He even came up with the extra 'storytime' and 'fixme' expressions for Kup. Though the latter might need adjustment as paint currently fills much of the detail.
Mate, this is incredible stuff. If you put these up for sale when the tweaking's done I'm grabbing them!

The look vey good. Unfortunately they make me realize ss kup looks quite daft. Will they work for sergeant kup?
Thanks everyone! Kup's been a long time coming and has gone through some drastic changes. Renders below, (not a Queen album cover tribute). Yes, the faces are replaceable. Both Kup and Blurr use a similar 'block' system to Megatron. The faces attach to a block piece with the ball joint, which then slides into the helmet. Yeah, he's a bit spindly. The block system was developed not only to aid panting and replaceable faces, but to make attachments replaceable too. Theoretically, it shouldn't be difficult, but if I remember correctly, sergeant Kup has a tiny head, so the proportions would be off and transformation may be compromised.
Exactly what I was thinking! Sgt Kup has a good headscuplt, but these are even better! These even made me consider getting a SS Kup…a figure I usually despised.
