Can anyone vouch for the quality of the Volcanicus 1:1 KO? I have the other Cool become Brave combiners and their quality has been great, while I hear the Devastator is bad. Now I'm wondering where in that spectrum the dinobots fall.

There's a KO of that Shockwave?! Well, that's interesting... (I have the Legends and Combiner Wars versions of that mould, but not the 'Action Master' one.)

I apologize for not posting up a review earlier for Metroplex itself in all three modes. I had simply assumed, because there was no feedback on the box or accessories, that no one was interested.

Okay, so there's chrome on all the parts that the original has, and rubber tires too! Transforming into mobile carrier was met with a ratched feel that was 95%, but it looks the part. City mode, looks great as well. From a distance, it looks just as good as the original.

Though I do want to bring one thing to attention. I noticed on the bottom left corner of the box, there appears to be box damage which had been scanned, for when the KO box was printed. Can anyone, who has the original G1 Metroplex box, verify that this "printed damage" exists or not?

True, if the plastic was a little better they would be two really funny figures

Quick question. How is the articulation on this thing?

They appear to be articulated at the elbows and knees, as well as the arms and legs. What I don't understand is why they decided to use two similar constructicons as arms instead of inventing a little train that could move on those rails, both those two elements don't have a robot mode, so...

Not exactly the answer you're looking for but:

I have the authentic Volcanicus (Dinobots set, including one of hte upgrade kits) and had asked about the oversized one and was told that it was a very decent OSKO. The reason of my reply is that in regards to the Devastator, it was reduced in size but they didn't shrink the size and balance the plastic thickness, they reduced all of it, so the plastic was made thinner for it and why the bad quality (but then, CW Devastator isn't the greatest to start with anyways.

But to go towards the 1:1 POTP Dinobots KOs, I did read feedback on it being just fine many times, but it is a set that I see the authentic ones often enough at lower prices than most of the CW combiners as such owners are trading to the SS86 versions.

Kind of disappointing they didn't just keep the rocket and the mini-tank from the original MFT Huge Dragon.

Which of course is MFT's homage to Scorponok.

For me the starting idea was good, recycling the HD mold to create something similar but different, something beautiful could come out but no...

Those clunky construction machine arms don't quite seem to fit well, and now they have nothing to really use the track, as you pointed out. I confess I'm still a little bit tempted to pick one up.

Decent. Not 100% Hasbro quality, with slightly softer plastic, but not far off in my experience.

The funniest part of this set is the head is generation toy mixmaster’s meaning this has three different third party figures in its ‘dna’

Just received my TW-1122, which was both the trailer and robot, but my goal was all about the trailer as I wanted it for the mainline Optimus, such as ER.

So my take is.. well, it arrived crushed to hell and a few stress marks on some parts, the rear part seems crushed in a bit, but nothing is broken at least.

It's not bad, just transforming it once and it wasn't too bad. Some looseness, some tabs a bit hard to fit well, but overall, it's passable.

I am amused and happy to see that the smaller wheels are a very close to perfect match the ER Optimus' wheels.

So the issue is that the pin is a 5.5 or 6mm and a bit too far back to be "universal", so time for customizing. Using my new toy, a 3d pen, I did a repeat of my other "adapter/extender" but because of the 6mm pin being long, it stuck out and in the way for being able to turn the cab/trailer, so, this became a permanent customization, and using a soldering iron, melted the pin into the extender, so it's now a single part.

Final note, for the price, it's a fantastic trailer that is perfectly scaled for the ER/Siege (general voyager sized) Optimus, better in size that the original ER trailer. The plastic isn't bad, aside the stress that I assume is due to the crushed shipping, everything comes together quite fine, the accessories of the two swords (which I'll paint the handles black) that are quite nice, the two guns (why do the movies think that having several noozles make sense) are quite fine, the shield looks good too. Sadly, no axe, but there's a second face for the robot (with mouthguard).

I know it's really late to ask at this point, but where can I buy a MP-10 grey trailer? Even finding loose MP-10 Spike figures would be great too!

as you may be wondering, i picked this up from @SirToys right here: Space Combiner V2 Beast Space Station - Combiner - SirToys.com

This is so weird i love it .

So I don't wanna get the studio series 07 5 pack because I think 145 for a 5 pack is excessive. So I've been planning on getting some kos to fill the roster.

I'm thinking of getting the KO ratchet and bumblebee from: US $8.20 18%OFF | Transformation DABAN KO SS Ratchet Crankcase Stinger Figure Toy
    https://a.aliexpress.com/_mrRJZcA

Since studio series ironhide is expensive as shit and there no KO being made of him, I'll have to get this rotf ironhide figure and custom paint him myself. My only worry is the height and if he'll be too big compared to ss optimus.
US $30.99 | HasBro Transformers Classic toys V Class IronHide StarScream Action Figure
    https://a.aliexpress.com/_msgBIU6

Speaking of which, I already have ss optimus prime and the jetwing version so I'm good on that.

Jazz has no ko so I'll have to hunt down a ss version.

Now the bumblebee I mentioned before was based off the old camero version bee first had in the 07 movie. I'm trying to look for a current ko version that fits in scale with the rest because the Bai wei version that released is ridiculously out of scale and I don't know why the hell they oversized him. If yall have any suggestions where I can find a studio series bumblebee at fair price I'd really appreciate it.

And that's my plan.....a little complicated and I could just buy the set...but I'm a cheap ass lol
