Another reason to go with OS Siege, no worries about looking strangely large in vehicle mode.

 

Yeah, black/dark decos have a way of smoothing out stuff and hiding gaps. Even Mp44 a mold which I despise (aesthetics wise), looks 10times better in black.

 

Can confirm, the original release is fantastic.

I had the original POTP Prime, and it was fine... but between the gimmick and the fact that the robot mode just felt like an inferior MP10, I never really bonded with it. I ended up selling it off, but I did get the Nemesis version later. It's pretty cool. The BM version is tempting.

So, what's the longest any of you guys have had to wait for a package from China this past year? I have an order from Sirtoys that was placed in mid September, and still isn't here. The last movement it showed was November 8th, and it was in the United States by then. The Post Office is a mess...

 

Recently, changes have been made to the US Postal system. From January 2021, ask incoming international post must have a "digital label" attached to it. Senders must join a website, lig in their personal details and the details of the post they are sending. Then, at the post office, print out the paper and attach that to the parcel, etc. Failure to do so will result in that parcel not being accepted into the country.

Maybe this, plus covid 19 restrictions, is to blame? Currently I think I can only send parcels to America from Japan via "surface" post only (which is the slowest).

 

My Sirtoys order has been stuck in China for just over 2 months now.

Nobody answered how and where they are searching for that Siege Hound Detritus recolour.....and I am losing patience  

 

I've had amazing luck with shipments from China recently. My most recent order from TFSAFARI shipped out on 1/9 and arrived to me in Iowa on 1/15. I also bought a Tiny Rex on eBay that shipped on 1/6 and I had it on 1/12. The TFSAFARI order had a domestic shipping label slapped over top of the Chinese label, and the early steps of the tracking say Bensonville, IL. So it's some sort of two-step process that I haven't really seen before. All of my recent orders from them have been like that. Of course all of the stuff I'm getting is smaller packages and not a cubic yard of SirToys treasures.

 

That recolour isn't available on the usual suspects sites yet as far as I can see? Nothing on Ali or Sir Toys. It will probably appear on Taobao first?
I'm sure someone here or there will put the word out once it's available.   

That said, I believe Sir Toys has had his hands on the oversized PotP Nemesis Prime before the usual's on Ali so who knows these days!  

 

I just kid. IDK Why I want it even to be honest   Probably painting the original colour to SG would be easier than this, but then again I am in for oddities, as far as Autobots are concerned. I am a Decepticon supremacist!

The update is I got my tracking number from Sirtoys! Good thing I waited a bit.

Question! Have any of you gotten any of the standard sizes PotP Dinobot KOs? How are they?

 

Some can be a bit rough in my experience - I got sent a BPF Slag/Slug from a Chinese Ebayer that had listed it as a BMB, the robot head is totally unpainted, and the gold apps of the toes & Dino head are pretty weak/wan on it.

Afraid I haven't really gotten it out of the box for more than a visual inspection because it wasn't what I wanted. Handling generally in the packing bubble it seems a smidge lighter than the official.
