So these CW KO's, no Rook or any of the Stunticons yet? Thinking of picking up some pieces for a custom I've got in mind; try and save money.

 

There are two oversized Stunticons, Rook and Breakdown, released by WeiJiang over two years ago. No others have even been teased and no one else has KO'd the CW Stunticon molds.

 

Is @SirToys getting any additional singles of the Skittles combiners? Specifically the green chopper.

I paid 11/12, parcel got mailed 11/21, and left the country 11/22. It's coming, but 9 days to put something in the mail... and I'm pretty sure it would have taken longer if I hadn't complained.. I mean, I won't mind ordering there again, but if it's going to take that long to process my orders, I'd like to know in advance.

 

There was that whole 11/11 sales holiday over there. From what I gather it's like Black Friday, there was probably a few more than just your toys to be mailed.

I don't have any hands on time with the original so I guess what I was asking was it a removable part or does it not move - I just wondered if it's essential to reposition it in the transformation as I don't have the orginal and it's been a while since I watch reviews on it. I was mainly asking as I'm still unsure if like the pistols on KO Rampage if any parts are locked in place or not. I was wondering if the part was stuck on his arm or if it's essential to move it during transformation. Just an idle passing thought I had anyway due to those Pistols being seemingly stuck (please no one break your toy trying to move them as I mentioned this)

Just because you finalize your order on sirtoys, doesn't imply its placed in a box and at the post the next day.

The dude is a 1-man operation... when you finalize your order, sirtoys may be out at a trade show, in another area searching dusty old backrooms or attics, etc.

When he is in town at his base of operations, he can process all the orders that came in while he was away, and then hopefully the next day the post is open to drop off your package for acceptance.

If your only concern is a slower shipping time, relax, there's nothing to worry about... but if you want your items a lot quicker, you may want to look elsewhere.

2-3 weeks is normal for EMS, and up to a month for AIR.

 

I just realized I needed to order a breakdown. Ow well. I can paint I guess.

 

I never really bothered to question each stage of the process. It used to be much slower when I used the Air / Surface options, but EMS in 2 weeks seemed positively zippy in comparison. Also, historically, I don't usually get anything shipped from Asia any faster than that, so I didn't see a reason to quibble over a bottleneck.

Especially as I know that Sirtoys is one person, who has a day job - who started out as a forum member here who was helpful enough to source stuff for others in China. It never occurred to me to count steps from when I order to the post office.

But yes, if you're accustomed to a tighter operation like the big webstores, it's not the same.

Also, when your stuff arrives, the box will probably be kicked to shit, and your KO toys will probably just be tossed in loose in baggies, with a few token bits of bubble-wrap. It won't be posh.

But I've always found Paul to be a reliable source of cheap KO stuff and random other items, and he's been good when it comes to addressing any issues with the orders.
