Jada’s cool to see listed as I love their stuff but have trouble imagining this is for an action figure line and not something for their vehicle stuff in some capacity, like most licenses they do.

Mega doesn’t interest me much only because I assume it’s brick-built like Pokémon. Depends what they do.

Is the color the only difference between this and the updated version for King of the Monsters? I don't see any other differences but maybe I'm missing something.

 

It has the improved neck.
The collar joints are supposed to sit tighter to each other than the first release.

It also has no visible pin on the jaw now either.
I've heard that it's an entirely new head sculpt -it may in fact be, but it looks very much the same.
