I actually missed that point in the description. Presumably it isn't counted among the 10, or is counted as 'one' point of articulation? Otherwise I think the number would need to be higher.
...so any of you guys getting the Mezco 18-inch Gojira? I'm thinking about it but I'm wary about any potential QC...
I got it in recently! Also Super7 posted a teaser yesterday, November 3rd is Godzilla day, they should be revealing something else then. Also BBTS has this listing: Godzilla Shogun (Dark Green) ReAction Figure I think it's for the regular Shogun Godzilla that was an "SDCC" exclusive. Either that or a variant? But in case anyone missed it. It's cheaper than what the other Godzillas have cost, so I just put in an order in case.
Just a repackage of the SDCC Shogun Godzilla and some glassware and shirts. I'm a little bummed they didn't show anything else in toy form.
Literally a minute after you posted that lol: https://twitter.com/super7store/status/1455958053392637952 No Ultimates to be seen (yet?) however.
Got an e-mail from Super7 promoting some Godzilla stuff. They mentioned today is Godzilla Day. Is that something specific to Super7 for some toy releases today, or is today considered some kind of Godzilla Day in general? If it's generally Godzilla Day, why?
Haha glad to be wrong! I kind of think it'll be a generic Godzilla? I don't know if they'll get down to doing every suit in Reaction form or anything. I'll probably get them no matter what, but I'm still more interested to see what they do with Ultimates. Mezco's 5 Points Godzilla sets look terrific.
Super7 were the ones that did a Shogun Godzilla that actually looked like Godzilla, right? I thought that was pretty cute, wonder if they'll ever revisit that or maybe even do a new Rodan.
Not sure I am getting this question right but so far Super7 only did a ReAction Godzilla that looks like the Classic Shogun Warrior toy. A few years ago Toynami did a “Shogun Warrior” Godzilla but it not the same material thin plastic feels like cheap shit. But does look more like Godzilla - great sculpt. Bear in mind when Tomy (I think) was making Jumbo Godzillas in the 1970s they looked like this...
Godzilla Shogun (Dark Green) ReAction Figure They're re-releasing that one but on card this time. It was boxed up on the initial SDCC release.
