Hasbro posted some new pictures of the upcoming Indiana Jones line. I'm very happy they're 3 3/4" size. Means I can steal some of the stuff for my Joe's http://www.hasbro.com/indianajones/
these aren't that good. but sideshows indiana 12 inch figure looks pretty good, if it has their standard 60 dollar price tag I'll deffently be getting it.
Yeah either bad pics or bad molds, but I'm not drooling like I should be. I am the exact market to be buying those toys too.
Indy is probably the one property I've never felt needed toys. Dunno why I think like that. Damn those delicious lead paint chips!! I guess when I was a kid, I'd think, "Indy didn't buy action figures!". Needless to say, I was--and I apparently still am--******ed for Indy movies (and delicious lead paint chips), but not the merch. Or maybe I just need to see some stuff that makes me go 'wow'. So far, I haven't seen it. And I was excited when I got M.A.S.H. vehicles when I was a kid, so clearly it doesn't take much. I like the motorbike so far, but its hard to tell from the pics.
Is this the first time that we've seen a name for Shia's character? I wish there was a 6" Indy figure coming, I never really got into the 3 3/4" scale for some reason. Although I guess it's cool that you can put Indy next to your Star Wars and G.I. Joes.
I'm all over the figures and the smaller/deluxe playsets. But that Temple of Akator looks suspiciously like Mustafar.
The Russian solier and the natives look promising especially for the tombs Cobra robs DNA to make Serpentor. It is with added parts.
hell yea, and that's the indy from raiders of the lost ark too, the best indy to make a figure out of. that's on my top figures to get list
Indiana Jones Adventure Heroes! Gun totin' Indy with a horse. Raiders Indy with whip and idol. Comes with a spear wielding native. Arguably the most win in the entire line, and the single greatest accessory ever.
Have you guys seen the vehicles? They are most awesome. There is a 3 3/4 Ark of the Covenant too! Dont open it though...
Mwahaha! Something that might be of interest to TF fans that don't plan to collect this line, the non-jacket Shia figure (third from left, top row) makes for a pretty good Sam figure. Not in scale with the movie deluxes and voyagers..but probably about right standing next to the leaders. Edit: And uh..pay no mind to that stack o' seekers. Didn't mean for those to sneak into the shot.
I didn't know about this beforehand, but there's a free figure offer like the SW Clone Wars uh, clone, and GIJoe Doc. Same deal...form + 6 stickers gets you a mailaway fig of "Crystal Skeleton with Throne." Big Bad from 'Kingdom,' I presume.
