To coincide with the season one finale of Transformers: Prime, The Hub and Blockbuster are partnering up for The Hub of Transformers: Great American Tour.

Eight Blockbuster retail locations will host spectacular dome-shaped "Transformers Prime"-themed tents that will feature photo opportunities, behind-the-scenes content, exclusive artifacts and authentic props from both television series as well as Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Additionally, fans can see the authentic Camaro (BUMBLEBEE) or Corvette (SIDESWIPE) movie vehicles from this summer’s mega-successful film and win special TRANSFORMERS prizes. Universal Studios Hollywood will also offer a special sneak peek of its new cutting- edge mega attraction, "Transformers: The Ride-3D," opening in Spring 2012. The dynamic, motion-based thrill ride will tell an original "TRANSFORMERS" story using original, photo-realistic 3D-HD media, sophisticated special effects and one of the most elaborate roaming flight simulator ride systems ever created.

"The Hub of TRANSFORMERS: Great American Tour" dates and Blockbuster store locations:

    · (9/30 - 10/1) - 256 E Route 59, NANUET, NEW YORK, 10954

Sorry you get no love, but surprisingly for me and why I even bothered to post this at all, the tour will be ending just 20 minutes away from me. I saw Cali and NY and thought there was no way KC would be getting in on the fun, but lo and behold, there it is. I will take plenty of pics, no worries ;)

My second thought about this was: "There are still blockbusters in business?" :D

    No love for Ohio.
To tell you the truth, I was VERY shocked to find out back in 2007 that not only was the Sector 7 tour going to stop in Ohio, but that one of the stops was actually 10 minutes from where I lived.

Closest is New York? Same old, same old.

Why doesn't Hasbro have any cool open-to-the-public non-Bot/Joecon/shareholder events in Rhode Island?

I remember growing up as a kid and nothing stopped here. Nickelodeon, Power Rangers, Pokemon, etc, any tour related thing was either in Mass or further away. I remember years ago, my Mom and Dad took my brother and I waaaaay up Mass to some mall to see the Pikachu VW Beetle.

    THIS! FUCKIN' THIS!

Where's the love for your own home town, Hasbro?!

Honestly I would have loved it if we had one fight scene from the 3 movies that took place in Providence. Oh man that would be the shit!

Thought the same thing, but I am not gonna miss this with the family. Hopefully most of the Space City Armada can make it to this!

I think we still have a couple here. The ones on the list might be really big blockbuster stores with enough property to accommodate such a tour display.

I'm so glad there's a Missouri town just down the highway from me. :D

Edit - Just saw the above post which could be correct. The Blue Springs location is the parking lot of what used to be a Wal-Mart but now houses a few thrift stores and a hardware store. There is PLENTY of room for a display without getting in the way of parking. Also text my dad who lives in San Jose and he told me the Blockbuster there is in a shopping center with PLENTY of room.

I guess Dallas, TX is not on the radar scope for theHub or Blockbuster.

Arlington does not seem like that bad of a drive from Dallas. I am in Garland and I think the 40 minute drive will be worth it.
