I like the Sunstreaker. The articulation in the arm makes it all the much worth it. Very nice pickup.

That's an awesome score, they look great too I can relate on the Mirage. Been on the verge of buying one on numerous occasions over the past 5 or so years but never did as I keep (probably foolishly) believing he might get reissued one of these days. But I doubt he ever will
I broke down and finally bought a G1 Wheeljack. I'll probably pick up Mirage at some point, since Takara said those two molds were lost. They didn't say anything about Sustreaker, so I keep holding out hope for him to be reissued.
Nice! Those look GREAT! Yeah I'm pretty sure HasTak has said at least Mirage was lost/ destroyed...Sunstreaker as well I think. But then again they said Soundwave was destroyed too but they reissued it...
I think that it has been stated that Mirage will not be reissued because of either the mould lost or legal issues. I think Sunstreaker has been reissued already. If I am wrong about that correct me.
yeah thats what ive been told, I'm working on the wheeljack right now, I have to debate between fixing the one i have or buying a new one. Its missing a head and every other piece but its in good condition. After that its just Ironhide and ratchet, but those two dont excite me much
Yeah, heard about the rumor too...and when I saw Takara reissuing molds that were later than the above 3, I got nervous and bought the above 3 off e-bay. To me, the 1984 Autobots and Decepticons were my holy grail.
Sunstreaker, Mirage, and Wheeljack are very cool. They're one of the only G1's not to get the repaint or repackage treatment, which is special.
Damn, those are pretty old toys. My Mirage and Sunstreaker (Mirage was the first TF toy I got as a kid in '84) look like feet by comparison.
The mold for Sunstreaker was confirmed as lost at the last Botcon. That's LOST not broken like the mold for Soundwave. As for Mirage.... as Nevermore pointed out, Guy Ligier hasn't actually had a racing team for years. So on that basis, even if he wants to slap Takara and or Hasbro with legal action, he may not actually have anything to sue them over.
Nice haul, those are some sparkly specimens! I wish my Sunstreaker looked that good. At least my Mirage does.
