Certainly not tempting me to slap down $50 to keep my membership, that's for sure.

 

Unfortunately while their CS speaks nicer than most, they won't really contact you; you have to contact them. I basically had to keep poking them for four months before I got a response that actually told me what was happening. It's kind of annoying but they did deliver eventually.

 

I'm on my way to work, so I guess I'll call them tomorrow.

It does indeed depend on the area. If they don't have enough drivers or enough deliveries in your area, they'll wait until a business day (M-F) to deliver because someone will already be out your way making other deliveries. I'd still complain, though. You can call corporate and pull up your order history and they can check the tracking on their end to confirm that you haven't received deliveries on Saturday on a pretty regular basis and they'll open up an inquest to find out why.

That said, now that they've lost the Amazon contract, they're upping their game. A neighbor of mine missed their delivery and the driver left a tag on the door that says Home Delivery is now M-S. It used to work like this:

Ground services handled BOTH shipments from origin to delivery depot, but they'd go out on separate trucks. One for ground, which is business related and is M-F, one for Home Delivery which was T-S. Now, Ground still does all of the footwork from origin to delivery depot, but they tend to use the same trucks interchangeably and now HD is M-S and it's the same price, same service. They're trying to offer shippers more competition for Amazon because Amazon burned bridges with them by opening their own logistics chain, planes and all. UPS is even working on making Saturday deliveries affordable along the lines of Home Delivery and USPS First Class/Priority.

Still, call corporate and complain. They might even explain why you're not getting Saturday deliveries and maybe even offer you a solution. Have you considered having them drop it off at your local Walgreens? They offer such a service, for free. Even on Saturdays.

 

Its more of an irritation than problem for me. After the hassle of dealing with cs from amazon id rather not deal with anyone else unless i absolutely have to. I just accept if its scheduled saturday its an 80% chance i get monday instead and if it shows up bonus.

 

Been getting numorous reports that SDCC exclusive Boba fett has been arriving damaged.

Looks good to me, but of course, I'm one of those "so what if the package is damaged? Is the FIGURE still in good shape?" guys, so my opinion probably matters even less than yours.

 

I called Hasbro Pulse anyways. Put in a support ticket. Hope I get Zetar. Otherwise gotta wait until October from Chosen Prime or whatnot or March 2020 from BBTS. Fucking Fedex. If it still makes it today or the next few days then whatever, but I wanna get that support in anyways to cover my ass.

 

All arrived correctly and in perfect condition today.

 

Glad you got your stuff. Personally this doesn't fill me with confidence. I'm a bit upset since I might end up getting a refund since Zetar isn't in stock and well...I do still want the damn thing. I can only imagine the cluster fuck if Unicron is backed and it shipped. I swear I'm going to have words with Fedex if they fuck THAT one up.

Well apparently it DID get delivered...to a house two streets down. Good job, driver! Another driver just came by with my package and delivered it. Crisis averted.

I emailed them multiple times over the past week, and cancelled my MPM Jazz.
I explained that due to unforseen family emergencies, I did not have the funds to cover MPM09.
I thought the message was received loud and clear.

Yea, they charged my account for a cancelled item and overdrew it.
It will take 3 to 5 days for a freaking refund.
I don't get paid until Friday.

That happened to me with a FedEx package last week too from BBTS, only it went to a house a few blocks from me that has the same numbers in the address as mine. Despite living here for 15 years and maybe only 1 or 2 mistakes a year, for whatever reason this year nobody in the postal service can read and I was getting no less than 5 pieces of mail/small packages from this other house a week delivered to me by mistake. Sounds like a lot of mine had been going to theirs as well. Finally called and complained to the postmaster general about it and it seems to have gotten better, than fedex does the same thing? Emailed them almost a week ago complaining about it and yet to receiver any type of acknowledgement or response about it. Maybe I'll just order through UPS next time.

 

From what I understand FedEx now uses lower paid contractors for their Home service instead ofr their own direct employees. I think this explains why their business service still tends to be quality, but their residential services have become lackluster in my experience. I actually prefer it when it is USPS for the last leg as those delivery people have been the best in my neighborhood.
