I've got Impactor and SS Hightower PO'd through Amazon at the moment. And only because their cancellation policy is much easier should I bump into them at retail (or Pulse comes in stock) sooner.

I'd pre-order via Pulse, but their cancellation seems needlessly complex and I want to be able to dump the order from my phone should I be standing in front of said items at the store.

 

I don't have experience of that. I received the premium membership. However, I don't see any evidence that they charge extra for multiple shipments. In fact I have a quote from their shipping information.

"When your order consists of multiple items, we will always attempt to group your items into as few shipments as possible. At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner."

Now anyone who has received an order from Pulse should be ROTFL.

Didn't EE have a coupon for $15 or 15% off? I'd get it there but hoped to avoid shipping.

 

Canceling on Pulse is easy--- i've done it from my phone a number of times now. Just go to the orders page, find the product you want to cancel and there is a button at the bottom to do so. It then gives you a date and time of the cancellation.

 

Can confirm. Extremely painless. The only annoying bit is finding/knowing which 'part' of your multi-item order is the one you want to cancel (a whole nother click! the horror!) I've cancelled quite a few figs as I've found them in the wild with no issues whatsoever.

 

Yeah, it's annoying that it doesn't list the item description from the order screen. Not a big deal, but if you have a lot of orders, searching through it can be tedious.

Edit: I think they said you can't cancel it ten days from the end date of the campaign.

 

I brought that up with the team in person yesterday along with the order splitting issue. Showed them on my phone how hard it is to work out what's what. Hopefully they'll be able to take care of it for us.

I sent a very similar message to them very early on and nothing was done. I don't think think they can easily fix this without rebuilding parts or the whole website.

 

Huh. I just saw that my Shackwave and Lancer are registered as in the same order rather than separate ones. Guess they did fix it. Hurray!

I checked my FedEx delivery manager to see if Pulse had showed up with Lancer in there yet. Didn't see anything from pulse but the game I ordered from Best Buy today will be here tomorrow!

 

Yeah my experience is pulse usually takes a day or two to ship. Im expecting to see a "label printed" notice or something similar tomorrow or Sunday afternoon.
