Serious question: How often do you dust and how do you do it?

Saw somewhere in one of the threads someone suggest using makeup blush brushes and to avoid vacuums since they can suck up pieces.

It can take some time with a collection like this, but can also add to the experience cause it’s a chance to handle your entire displayed collection.

I use a set of art brushes from Hobby Lobby (or Ross on clearance). Extra soft. Takes the dust off and doesn’t scratch. Compressed air first for really dirty figures.

Feather duster for general/main parts and unused paint brushes (of varying size) to get smaller places, nooks and crannies, or when a little firmer bristle is needed.

How often? Every 4–6 months or so. All my stuff is behind glass, not much dust getting in.

Honestly, not as much as I should. I usually use a microfiber towel and just lightly do them.

That's what I've been doing for a few years and it's super easy. It's especially helpful for stuff like some Masterpieces where you get a lot of little crevasses or whatever.

My 2 cents worth: Feather duster (relatively regularly), microfiber cloth and/or unscented Swiffer duster (much less regularly), but I would also recommend an anti-static brush like the Tamiya brand one. Works wonders.

Mindbender preorders back in stock. They also restocked the cancelled MP skyfires if anyone missed it.

The whole idea that I gotta shell out $50 to buy something is a bit much for me. It's not like these are exclusives or anything.

Why are they not putting limits on these? As long as they say, oh I guess I don’t care who they go to. Amazon mentality.

Then don't "shell out" for premium, but also don't complain when early restocks sell out before the premium window ends. Like you said, they're not exclusives, buy them elsewhere if you don't agree with how Pulse operates.

And I'll bet most of those figures will show up on eBay for a premium.
