Lmao that's exactly what happened to me

 

On top of that, I found the new Starscream G1 anime reissue on shelves Saturday. I bought them with the intent to cancel the two I had on preorder from Pulse. Got home to find the box containing them ( and my Hot Rods ) on my doorstep. So now I have to return them.

 

Even after being 'delayed' to today, sure enough, my Pink Hot Rod showed up yesterday! I haven't opened him yet, but in a weird way I'm more excited for him than I've been for a new toy in a little while, which is kinda funny because I own at least two other versions of the G1 Hot Rod mold.

 

Yeah, stuff like that has made me so gunshy about ordering from Pulse. It's my own fault, I know, but if they were a little better at sending the emails telling you things were arriving soon, that would be really helpful. As another poster mentioned, you can order them with a debit card with no money on it and they will email you when it's time to pay. That does work, but I am not sure I'll ever get around to opening up an account just for that, lol. Instead I just try to order my pre orders from Amazon where possible, and try not to think about my $50 Pulse Premium membership, lol.

I guess the best option is to return the sale one to Target, but it's obviously not ideal.

 

If you take your morals hat off, you can return the Pulse one to Target with no receipt and they'll issue you an in-store gift card. They'll ask for your license. Limit 5 per year I think the customer service guy at the counter told me. In case of fraud, like you picking a random item and taking it to get refunded.

Sorry if this has already been covered or if the answer is obv but pulse still has a lot of earthrise figures listed, just as sold out. I'm assuming they're out of production, but can anyone confirm

 

Earthrise is over 2 years old now. They are long out of production. The sold out stuff just hasn't been removed from the pages. They won't be restocking it.

 

There has been an occasional reissue of an Earthrise figure, but not really on Hasbro Pulse. You may (but very unlikely) get incidents like, hey there is 1 case of a certain figure hidden in the back of the warehouse that we found during cleanup, and it will get listed in "Back in Stock." Instead, you'll have other retailers sometimes get a reissue of larger figures like Commanders and Titans, and it isn't 100% clear where they are getting them except that based on the prices they are probably NOT just importing stock from the Asian market, as they tend to include a $20 markup in that situation. Those same retailers have occasionally gotten reissues of much older Leader figures, and in those cases that markup was applied AND the boxes included Chinese instruction booklets as well as English.

 

Tarn and Lio Convoy have moved up to today. So they should be charged for everyone tomorrow after midnight. Hopefully they will ship same day for everyone!

 

So eager to have Tarn in hand. Hoping shipping happens and arrives by the weekend~

 

I'm super excited for him. I actually wanted him before Lio Convoy but obviously Lio has been more readily available and I found Lio at a local Target with no Tarns so I still bought Lio
