So I got my Victory Saber and he’s missing a piece from the stand. Thankfully it’s inconsequential for me personally but I’m still gonna see if Hasbro can send me the piece. Its the little nub adapter as circled below

That is a glitch when it came to barcode scanning, sending it to the wrong place

Contact Usps Monday vua phone or go to a post office with all info. Demand a case be opened. Then contact pulse via phone

I wouldn't recommend going into a USPS to open a claim, the last time I attempted to do that they told me they didn't handle that kind of stuff in the post office locations anymore and that you had to call.

It's annoying but you have to do it in this order--Pulse will want you to open a case with the carrier before they can do anything, same situation played out last time FedEx misdelivered one of my packages.

Fucking FedEx I swear. Lazy ass driver just marked my Victory Saber as undeliverable. They didn't even bother to knock and I was sitting just inches away from my front door due to the living room layout. Called to complain to customer service but they aren't much help. Just tripping over themselves to apologize for their "diver's behavior" and assuring me it will be delivered properly tomorrow.

Honestly the first time I've ever had this happen but it had to be on the super expensive made-to-order irreplaceable figure! :lol

They've pulled that on me a couple of times, and even now I have something that is supposed to be here today that's been delayed, and had something else last week that got delayed a couple of days.

Not feeling too confident on my two Star Sabers arriving to me on time Tuesday, and my third one hasn't even shipped out yet.

That is when you pull a chair out, and sit in the front yard. May not do much, but they at least can't pull that shit as much, better yet, sit near the curb and wait

Hide in the bushes, close the gate when they pull in, kick out the tire spikes.

Just limit it to that or firing in the air. We're toy collectors. We won't do well in prison.

I'll just use the South Park "He's coming right at us" defense. Wait, that only works on animals... are package delivery employees classified as animal or human? :lol

All joking aside though, I really don't understand this behavior from these drivers. Like, I used to be a retail manager for both Target and Wal-Mart. I understand that this time of year can be busy and overwhelming. But you know what I never did no matter how busy or overwhelmed I was? I never cut corners or half-assed my job. If these guys can't hack it perhaps get into another line of work? Especially since these FedEx drivers deliver medical supplies and medications through the mail now. My delivery was just an action figure and something I can wait to get later. Sure it's frustrating, but whatever as I'm just slightly inconvenienced. But a friend of mine had some insulin being delivered that he had to sign for. His FedEx driver pulled the same stunt and my friend needed the medication that day since he'd run out the day before. That's potentially life and death you know?

    :lolol
