Sorry bud! I will say this, Pulse shipped me a RED Thundercracker instead of a RED Prime Optimus Prime about a month ago. Ended up, they sent me a new copy ASAP and let me keep TC. I'm not saying that they were overly enthusiastic, but they weren't rude or dismissive. The process was painless in my case, though that may be due to the fact that I doubt either item was all that popular so they had plenty of stock.

 

Geez. I received the second part of my order today that took 12 days to arrive. I was about to place a new order with Hasbro Pulse but I'm having second thoughts after reading all the issues folks are having with their order. Sgt Slaughter can wait.  

 

Has anyone's VS actually shipped. Mine just has a shipment label and its been like that for 5 days

Yeah they created a label on the 30th for me and nothing yet. Foster is right, no US movement it seems.

Pulse has been super weird lately. Had an issue where I wasn’t able to back Deathsaurus at all. It refused to load payment options for me. But I was able to select payment options for in stock items. on desktop, mobile browser and app, all the same.
So I logged out and tried guest checkout, and boom, I was able to order. I emailed this to Pulse and they said clear your cache, which I’d well already done. I tell them the block seems to be on my account on all fronts, as I can guest checkout, and I email them this.
Silence for the next while, then poof, I randomly checked later and I was able to order finally. Get an email immediately the next morning “well I see you WERE able to place an order so whatever the issue was wasn’t us.”

Also found when they try to send you some random replacement, insist against it and ask to talk to someone higher up and express how that isn’t acceptable. I did this when my Super Megatron came defective, and just told them that doesn’t help because I’m well aware of their “equal value” practice. Definitely don’t be a dick and they’ll be more inclined to make it more right. But yeah. Tldr; shit makes me real nervous for my VS :/

 

I've opened 3 tickets this week for order oddities with Pulse. One they answered within an hour (it was an easy question), the other two it's been 3 to 5 days now. I miss being able to talk to their live reps because they got shit done with a quickness.

Oh yeah, I know they weren't promising anything, and they weren't hoping it would get there strictly for our benefit but to also help goose sales of DS up a bit, which it almost surely would have done. My only focus now is that DS gets above 17,000 so we get the throne. I still think it will happen, but they're making me sweat it out a bit.

 

Just got Magnificus and Holiday OP delivered. Holiday OP's box is so compact.  

 

Likewise - Got BW Inferno, Magnificus, and Holiday Prime delivered yesterday, and Dead End was delivered today!

 

My Holiday Prime and Galaxy Shuttle are apparently coming via a FedEx contract with the actual Pony Express because they are moving SLOOOOOOOOOW. They both only moved about an hour down the road in 24 hours yesterday.

Don't ever change, FedEx!

In other news, the one I ordered from Walmart was pushed until new year.

 

Got a notification from Fedex (still nothing from Pulse yet). My Victory Saber is in their possession and due for delivery tomorrow.
