    Other than shipping it is nice to have first crack at items AND the occasional sales are nice for an additional 5% off. Let's put it this way: while everyone else is panicking about Cosmos I got mine off Pulse because I was a member and was able to get early access.

    It does take about 4-6 weeks, from the day Pulse processes the return. It's a regular white mailing envelope.

    Yes, it can be a long wait.

    Pleasant surprise seeing SS go up today. PO’d both, though starting next year, gonna be a bit more selective with what I PO. SS I will still PO most of the time, but the nice thing about Legacy branching out is it means less that I’m interested in.

    Hmm. She kind of lied to me, then. She said it would take days, once they process my return. I'm not too happy about all of this. It's not her fault, but it's definitely the warehouse's fault and Hasbro's customer service system is terrible. Shame on their policies for being so incredibly stupid. Stupid.

    So...they want me to mail back my loose Racer-roni set (they actually do not care about the packaging, confirmed to me) and once they receive it and confirm that I've returned it, they'll refund me the full amount so I can go back on Pulse and reorder it. Absolutely not. I'll go order it from Amazon, right now, wait for the check to come and reimburse my account. They're not getting another dime from me for this product. I'm glad they sell singles of figures and not case assortments because I could see a lot of people getting pissed about this. I'm not sure why Pulse couldn't have just called down to the warehouse and sent me the Outta Controller part. That's ridiculous. And neither CSM understood what my complaint was, initially. Once I did make it clear to them, they both said "Nope. Gotta do it this way." Well, that's an incredibly stupid and wasteful way to do things.

    I'll be honest, I don't know if I'll be sticking with Pulse after this. Amazon, Target, and Walmart will give you the runaround, too but you can always reorder the item (especially Amazon) and return the messed up on that receipt or the original. This passing the buck and waiting for corporate to fix things is stupid. If you don't have better control of your warehouses, then you need better warehouses and control. What a waste of time, money, and energy. For goodness sake. *sigh*

    "Hey, Frank. Send a BotBots Outta Controller from this set to this address." "You betcha!" Done. Nope. "Send back your used item so we can resell you a brand new one and hope that it doesn't happen again!" (No joke, she actually said it could happen again and that if it does I need to call back so they can properly address it both with me and behind the scenes.)

    WTF?!

    EDIT: Oh, crap. It's going to cost me more money, in the long run. I bought these on sale during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday thing and the set was $31.xx after discounts. It's now back to $44.xx with tax and no discounts, so I'm losing money on all of this. Oh, joy. It might be time to reconsider my collecting. It's bad enough when you get burned by 3rd party, but when Hasbro causes you to lose money for their mistake, it might be time to consider calling it quits. I'm getting tired of this.

    That’s one of my big gripes with Hasbro CS and by extension Pulse. I’m not expecting Amazon levels of speed and efficiency, but in the era of online ordering, Hasbro should have better policies and better CS channels than they do. It’s back-asswards and frustrating to deal with.

    This reminds me of when the PS4 came out and a bunch were bricking due to poor firmware. When you called for a replacement the offered to sell you a warranty on the replacement. Just remember thinking you should be giving people free warranties on their day one defective hard to obtain items not trying to squeeze more cash out of them

    And costing me more money, in the process. So much for the sale price. I might keep Pulse around as my store/SDCC exclusives site and nothing more.

    Sony hands down has the worst CS I've ever seen. Theyre truly awful.

    That should be utterly criminal. Wow. Wow. Okay, Hasbro/Pulse is slightly better than that but not by much. Ugh.

    I won't get into the whole thing here, but Sony banned my old slim PS3 because of information that they lost through one of their numerous data breaches being used in a nefarious way, and when I tried to contact them about it they banned me from using their Customer Support because my system ID was in their records as having been 'hacked'.

    So it's gonna be a long, long time before I encounter customer service that I consider worse than Sony's :lol

    I have a friend whos account was hacked also. He also has his banned and lost thousands of dollars he spent using it. Even though they acknowledged he did nothing wrong
