That’s one of my big gripes with Hasbro CS and by extension Pulse. I’m not expecting Amazon levels of speed and efficiency, but in the era of online ordering, Hasbro should have better policies and better CS channels than they do. It’s back-asswards and frustrating to deal with.

 

This reminds me of when the PS4 came out and a bunch were bricking due to poor firmware. When you called for a replacement the offered to sell you a warranty on the replacement. Just remember thinking you should be giving people free warranties on their day one defective hard to obtain items not trying to squeeze more cash out of them

 

And costing me more money, in the process. So much for the sale price. I might keep Pulse around as my store/SDCC exclusives site and nothing more.

Sony hands down has the worst CS I've ever seen. Theyre truly awful.

 

That should be utterly criminal. Wow. Wow. Okay, Hasbro/Pulse is slightly better than that but not by much. Ugh.

 

This is why I don’t order anything I don’t have to from pulse. Returning a product is way to inconvenient and archaic

 

Galaxy Shuttle just got delivered!  

 

I won't get into the whole thing here, but Sony banned my old slim PS3 because of information that they lost through one of their numerous data breaches being used in a nefarious way, and when I tried to contact them about it they banned me from using their Customer Support because my system ID was in their records as having been 'hacked'.

So it's gonna be a long, long time before I encounter customer service that I consider worse than Sony's  

 

I have a friend whos account was hacked also. He also has his banned and lost thousands of dollars he spent using it. Even though they acknowledged he did nothing wrong

 

He has arrived! (Oh it’s just galaxy shuttle…) VS soon hopefully…please

 

Yay! I got a free grudge! USPS delivered the mystery package and it was an upgrade kit I forgot I ordered forever ago. As for VS?

Ok, even better looking in hand. Gonna break down for an upgrade kit to fill the gap in shuttle mode.

 

Same. They have plenty for astrotrain so it shouldn't be hard to do one in galaxy shuttle colors.

 

@matrixworkshop Any plans to recolor the M-23B kit for Galaxy Shuttle?

 

These are the kinds of issues that need to be brought up during the Hasbro live streams, not just Transformer ones, ALL of them. Shut them down and take them over. If Power Ranger fans get angry good, maybe they'll make an issue out of it too.

but it is embarrassing that Hasbro still thinks that shuttle mode is good enough.

 

I ordered the Retro O-ring Duke vs Cobra Commander 2-pack from the Pulse sale and they sent me 6 inch Classified Destro.

Left them a message on chat/email with all the details. Hope they can fix it.

At this point if they just refund me and give me a return shipping label I'd be fine and carry on without ever owning the O-ring figures.

From how they run things, they probably won't just send me what I ordered and ask me to re-order, but at regular price instead of the sale.

Between all the QC stuff I'm ready to go on hiatus/quit collecting for a while.  

 

Yeah it's interesting how downhill pulse csr has gone. I don't think they have online chat anymore? That seemed the best way to resolve things back then. Now it seems to be a hot mess....

 

I feel you. I just received my order and instead of the six figures I ordered I got legacy Elita-1 and classified Storm Shadow. I have been having a crappy couple of days and was looking forward to this cheering me up. With what everyone is saying I don’t have much faith in their customer service right now.
