Still waiting on a response but I imagine they'll expect a return.

 

I've seen some say they were told to keep the item and still get a replacement or refund and others say they have to return said item. I had to return my defective A Hero Is Born set in order to get a refund which is fine. I just wish they would be more consistent in their return process.

 

Had a defective set as well with Born, they said i can keep and sent me a new one...I'm guessing it's ymmv...

 

From my experience, it seems like if they have a replacement available they want the original product returned, but if all they have to offer is an equal value item they let you keep the defective product.

 

They offered me a replacement of "equal value" but they still asked I send back the set first. Don't know if it was because it was a Pulsecon exclusive or not, but I didn't want to take the chance of what their idea of an equal value figure is, so I opted to get a refund check.

That burns me right now. When I told them about my set, they said they didn't have any replacement parts or sets to give out. So I had to rebuy the set and now I'm waiting for the refund check to pay off the second set.

Ok, so I got in TM2 Megatron, Inferno, (both fave characters), and Armada Starscream who's really just a "hey he looks neat, let's get him and support the UT folks" figure today.

And Starscream... is just fun! Multiple layouts so you can army build. (Wings up for one, wings down for the next, cannons on his shoulder, extended, not extended, down the back, the list goes on!) Fun design, fun transformation. Inferno is the same, a little paint and he's his own colony. Both these guys are obviously, no matter their flaws, a labor of love on someone's part.
Megatron I've only fiddled with, not even transformed him yet, but you get him in the right pose and he's definitely BW Megatron. The face is still bothersome a bit and has to be angled right. So far the weakest of the three, but still really, really cool for me at least.
I had already gotten Dead End and he's fine, does the job, but the big guys are giving me hope for the rest of wave 3.

 

I only remember when Hasbro Pulse did 5 to 10% coupons for Black Friday. Correct me if there were others. If they did coupons again I would hope I can use them on recent stock like Peacemaker or Crosshairs.

 

I think it may modulate based on how polite you are! I tried to cancel Netflix Spoiler Pack 3 for a week or more, and Pulse instead sent me 2 because their communication with PCA was really poor. I was annoyed because I'd already gotten one and didn't need more. They gave me a full refund and let me keep both. Still have one of them sealed  

 

And yet the only restock that matters is sold out again...

 

Well, yesterday they shipped the 4 wave 3 deluxes, today Serpentor. Just waiting on VS, Galaxy Shuttle, and Maverick and the onslaught of awesome will be over from Pulse. Just need Chosen Prime to ship my TM Megs and Amazon to ship the extra Crankcase I ordered!

 

Last year they did 10% off for non premium members and 15% off for Premium members.

 

If they could do 40% again, well I'd just love that  
I've got a whole list ready of items I'd get if they do another big sale like that

I remember when Hasbro Toy Shop had a deal on Groupon for Gift Cards, got a few Animated figures that way and some other stuff too. They were also connected to another Rakuten-like service so I was earning cash back from them for awhile.
