Same. I canceled and bought Gen Selects Galvatron. Mmmmm.

 

I think it's more of a mass market (somewhat) version of that. Comparable to an amped up version of the older Legacy collection (or whatever it was called). The Bandai Chogokin version is a work of art. Premium among premium. The upcoming Hasbro one I think is more on the level of a Masterpiece Transformer.

Uh okay, got an email about my mythic tier hero quest shipping soon but I never ordered one in the first place.

Edit: everyone be cool, don't contact customer service. Maybe they'll ship out free hero quests.

That'd be cool. Another possibility is this is about HeroQuest, but they mailed it to the wrong mailing list.

Yeah this happened to me last week but it was the Zartan exclusive. They'll probably send out a corrections email soon

 

I got the hero quest thing as well. Had that momentary panic thinking did I accidently add something to a cart and not notice somehow. The orders are still so bad to navigate that I didnt try to check and just hoped it was a mistake.

Things seem pretty hectic over there these days with super long reply times on emails and such, and I'm not just talking about during the holiday season. Hopefully they can get whatever worked out.

 

I went into a panic thinking that I had mistakenly bought HeroQuest. Good to know that you all got the same email. Though in my panic I noticed my Jackpot preorder moved up to 12/21

 

Saw this on a Facebook thread, but the product number in the email is a match for Golden Disk Jackpot. Did anyone here NOT order Jackpot but get the email?

Could be Jackpot showed up earlier life Puffer/Ranger but there was an offset in the database on the names.

 

Jackpot is showing “shipping soon” with a date of 12/21 on Pulse for me, but I haven’t been charged for it yet.

 

Its jackpot. Transformers Generations War for Cybertron Golden Disk Collection Chap – Hasbro Pulse Product ID at the bottom of the page matches the one in the email you all got.

 

Assumed it was Ranger/Puffer, since that has a ship date of today.
