Did it already enter Fed-Ex's system? If not, then the initial ship confirmation just means the label was created.

I'm in the same boat. Charged Thursday, emailed that it shipped via USPS Friday, with a link to USPS tracking that shows no info available. Logging into my Pulse account shows "We're getting your order ready"

 

They seem to have a real problem with this mold... Between getting two of the same thruster (seen that several times) and missing one (yours), it seems Scourge just isn't a high priority in the QC department. I'm guessing he was rushed through or the production staff is minimized.

 

Wow that's a hell of a delay. On the one hand I'm glad I'm not getting charged this week. On the other that is a long time out.

 

Also found a few with some really awful paint defects! I can understand if some of the line paint work is a little off, but paint splatters all over the face is just unjustifiable rushed laziness!

 

Well they figure any bad ones will just wind up as the Sweeps.

 

Actually I did infact purchase this copy, and that's exactly what I was going to do with it, because at the time I had only found 1 other Scourge, giving me a total of 2 Scourge. However, I was able to find 3 more Scourge at a Target, giving me a total of 5, so I returned the defective Scourge with the face paint splatter, bringing my Scourge total to 4. So now I have 1 Scourge & 3 Sweeps.

 

Ghostbusters has a movie coming this year.

 

Better later then not at all, plus it means more time to save up for it

 

It seems to have since it doesnt say anything about it not shipping so I thought it might've already shipped

Try to track it on the fedex site, that happened to me as well, the pulse page redirected me to USPS but I tried tracking the number at 17Track and it showed fedex activity

 

Galvatron didn't punch him, he just 'walked into a door'.

Oh that sucks! Hopefully this is just an early batch with the issues and later ones will be much improved in the QC dept.

But I don't have high confidence in Pulse being able to replace my Scourge so I decided to pre-order another copy of SS Scourge at Amazon and BBTS. At least at either of those places, if I get another bad copy their return process is much less painful.

Speaking of returns, I finally got to their consumer affairs dept but they say I have to wait for them to follow up with me within 72 hours. If they can't replace Scourge then I think I will request my money back. Free shipping is good and all but the customer service on the back end with issues and returns is just as important. This is the first issue I have had with a defective item from Pulse and so far I am not impressed. Premium membership will not be worth $50 if you dont get premium service after the sale either.

Ok, sorry for the rant, I just had to get that off my chest.
