Ive resorted to just ordering from BBTS, they are released on the same day and actually get sent earlier.
This of course does not work for the exclusives.

The $2 price difference is just for my sins

 

Shipping dates are showing again on some preorders, Tigertrack is indeed listed as being available on 11/1/20 on my preorder for him, so the charge today is that

 

Pulse got Tigertrack in before TCP?!?

Got charged for Tigertrack, hopefully Nemesis hits this week as well (was due today)

 

I just checked mine and I'm 99% sure it's Tigertrack. I'm pretty stoked for it, can't wait to get him, Cordon, and Spin-Out!

 

Sorry - it was just a list of exclusives, which tend to be more precise on release dates and harder to keep track of. I have added clarification.

 

Drat, no charge for me on tigertrack. Has anyone been charged for cordon and spin out?

 

They're not due to be available till 1/1/21

 

The numbers on the Razorcrest with a week left (15,000 orders), with probably a final order total of well over 22,000 just drive home how $350 seems to be the magic number for Haslab. The Sentinel did great sales at that number, and now so did the Razorcrest.

Unicron had to be $575 to be that mass. But I wouldn't be surprised if the next Transformers Haslab, whenever that lands (probably late next year) is $350. What could it be? The Nemesis? Decepticon Headquarters (my vote)? A volcano playset to insert the Ark into with more of Autobot Headquarters?

But $350 is the "just right" number it looks like.

Interesting. The SS86 figures have been pushed back to 4/2021 on Pulse. Previously it was supposed to be released 2/2021. Target still has a 2/2021 release date

Just wanted to update the situation. HasbroPulse doesn't always kick you an e-mail if there is a payment issue. Instead, they just outright cancel your order instead of getting a different payment form. In my case, my credit card was stolen and despite using the new number on new orders, the "old" orders I had on file still had the old card, so it was declined and they never let me knew. Instead, they just cancelled them. GREAT customer service right there. The Hasbro Pulse solution? Tell me there isn't a way to restore cancelled orders and they tried to end the chat. I did the agent (Dean) to say he would have his supervisor call me...never heard from her. The rep also lied and said my setting had messages disabled...except I got one this morning about a different figure and that alerted me to the whole issue so...yeah...what a liar.

So be warned if you are reading this:
If you have ANY kind of stolen/lost card, expired card, etc. then you have to MANUALLY go back and update EVERY old order. ALL OF THEM. ONE BY ONE. HasbroPulse doesn't take any responsibility for alerting you to their being an issue. They MIGHT kick you an e-mail, but they are more likely to not do so. Out of 4 figures that had an issue over the past month's time, I got ONE e-mail and that was today about one single figure.

 

Don't take this the wrong way, but why should Pulse take any responsibility? You knew your card was stolen, not them. You knew you had preorders using that card. Why should Pulse take responsibility for your oversight? Now it would be nice to get an email alerting to problems like that, but they rarely even send out emails when stuff ships.

 

They were always slated for April on Pulse. I put in preorders the minute they went up, my preorders have said April from the start.

 

Yea, but this is also the first time I can remember where they are actively doing multiple production runs which reduces their overall exclusivity. It's an interesting situation for sure

 

I’d say on the exclusive stuff it would be nice. It could have been cancelled yesterday and today they try to charge.... boom you’re going to eBay for your exclusive item now you had on preorder.

 

Either way though it’s the fault of the individual for not updating their card after canceling the old one

 

He posted about this on Facebook. He removed the card from his account and replaced it with the new one. Yet, they still charged his old card and canceled when payment didn't process. He shouldn't be expected to do everything for them, and them outright canceling his orders without working with him to some degree is nothing but bad form and has no excuse on Pulse's end.

I'm surprised he got through to customer service at all with them killing the connections on communication this past month. Shame on them for mishandling everything during the month of October.

 

Really? I've always found BBTS to be majorly slow and frustrating to preorder from. Nothing I've ever pre-ordered from them has come in when they say it will vs when I order from Pulse (Sky Lynx even shipped early from HP). Case in point, Nemesis Prime from BBTS still hasn't shown up despite being listed for October (and now has changed to just being in "November")
