I'm a premium member and my Cobra Commander isn't scheduled to arrive until March as well. I missed the initial in stock window on CC but got in a pre-order for the second run.

Was missing Shockwave blaster. After a month trying to get in touch with Pulse, Customer care just sent me a shipping slip to send back the item....not happening. Which means they don’t read the email I was sending and I’m just getting the Bot response.

 

Hopefully I will finally hear back about my Selects Hubcap missing the stands/sleds on the cannon. It's been almost a month since I reached out to them and I have yet to get a response from them. I know they have been backed up so I'm not upset but I had hoped I would have heard something by now.

 

I only ordered one and they ship me 2.

 

Well, reached out to Hasbro Pulse customer service/Hasbro Consumer Care a few days ago about some damage on one of the faces of my pit of judgement quintesson judge. Told them I wasn't really expecting to be able to get a replacement and wasn't interested in returning it, but that I also wasn't happy paying that much to recieve a damaged product. Turns out they're going to send me a complimentary transformer in the next week or so as a form of apology for the qc error, granted it'll probably be one I already have and I'm banking on it probably being a deluxe haha, though it would be pretty funny if they sent me a quint judge

 

What was the damage on the face?

 

Bottom lip on this face has some plastic gouged out and a bit of paint missing, nothing major, but still disappointing to pay $70 for something that arrived damaged

 

Yeah, that sucks when that happens. Any exclusive with issues is always a hassle and a half. I have a Black Series droid with a missing panel I'll never get and the amount of people here with misfired pins in Ramjet...

Hopefully you get something good. When @fschuler had an issue with a Cobra Trooper ($20), they sent him a Baroness ($40). He made out like a bandit, haha!

 

Right. I couldn't tell if that was indeed a figure(not familiar with gi joe) and it seemed skinny in the picture like a book

 

I STILL cannot believe they sent me Baroness as a consolation for my slightly defective Trooper. Crazy. Either way, that’s twice now that Hasbro has made good on a defective figure for me. It’s worth a shot...especially considering the exclusive nature of your particular item.

 

That's the same face I had an issue with. In mine it was too much paint on the right side. I just shaved it down until it was acceptable and called it a day.

 

Yea, it being an exclusive is really the only reason I reached out. I'm banking on it being a rando deluxe from wave 1 that I already have but hoping it's something I don't have yet (and hoping it's not a studio series figure I get haha)

You definitely made out like a bandit! This is the first time I'm making out decently, last time I reached out about an issue they wanted me to return the item for something of a similar value with no guarantee that I'd get an exact replacement

Glad you were able to fix yours. Mine doesn't bother me too much, I'll just say he got shot in the mouth haha
