Ok now pimp destro has shipped and studio series cliffjumper has been charged. This is beyond unacceptable hasbro. Fill the members orders for pulsecon first. And if you dont have the stock refund their money.

 

I’m in the same boat as a lot of you. Premium Member. Ordered the Pit of Judgement 9/23 at 12:02. Along with Cobra Commander and Hellfire Club and the Lord Drakkon for a friend. Took the money. Nothing has been shipped. Phone off of the hook. Sent 3 emails. It’s really annoying. I also got a shipment notification for pimp destro and they haven’t sent any of the PulseCon stuff at all.

Extremely frustrating.

Just sent customer service ANOTHER email asking for an update, hopefully they actually respond to this one.

 

My SS Blitzwing pre-order now says "paid" so I assume he will be shipping soon (the original estimate was October 5).

 

Same here as well as my Alicon, Airwave, and Groot Evolutions set showing as paid now. And it looks like Smokescreen is pushed back to 11/6 now.

 

Another day, another nothing from Pulse. They better have a damn good damage control plan before they reopen communication...

 

Have any of you ever had partial orders? Because I don't want to pay full and only get half of what I paid only.

 

partial orders happen when multiple items are in one order but have different ship dates. in these instances you will only be charged for items as they ship (unless they were pulsecon exclusives  ). For example, I have an order with Rotorstorm, Centurion and Tigertrack that is a partial because Tigertrack has not charged or shipped yet

 

Yep, it's my Pulsecon Exlcusives. Only for 3 out of 4. My Drakkon and Clone Troopers arrived first because they were on the same order. My second order, I only got the Quintesson Pit and there is nothing about my Cobra Commander. Which is why I'm asking about Partial.

 

At least you've gotten 3/4. I haven't gotten zip like others on here... First world problems right???

 

Right now my pulsecon exclusives are listed as logan/xavier shipping on 10/19 and pit of judgement shipping whenever they feel like shipping it, so that may end up as a partial

 

So Fedex just let me know two Pulse packages are on the way. One is PD Destro and the other is a mystery at the moment. Come on Pulsecon stuff!

Sorry, just that Partial has never happened to me before.

 

Didn't say that when I ordered, and my order page doesn't say that either, while the Logan/Xavier 2 pack does say it. Also as evidenced by the fact that people are receiving their pit sets, I'd say that you stating that as an absolute is pretty incorrect

 

It's not happened to a lot of folks. If you're really that worried, then just cancel your order or call your card company.

At least you have a date... Mine does not, outside of just the product page.
