and honestly i don't really see them churning out god neptune so quickly, i'd expect at least one more release in between or even shuffling god neptune into a seperate branding for beast wars

BBTS has the soonest preorder dates that I've seen so far but they changed the dates on a few recently. The latest spy patrol was March, now its April but on Pulse its May. Makes you wonder if some online stores post earlier dates on purpose

I agree. What’s even worse is that it’s not like that’s the only size box they have; how else would they ship something like Jetfire or the Khetanna? If I preorder multiple figures, and they’re all supposed to be in Pulse’s inventory at the same time, I see no reason to not ship everything in one box. It makes no sense!

 

Touche! Maybe I got his Pulse + Tax price crossed up with his e-tailer price. Could have sworn he was $64 somewhere.

 

The issue has always been that preorders are itemized as separate orders. From the high level view it makes sense. There's no guarantee every preorder will come at the same time.

What they need to do is implement a Stack similar to other collector sites. Let you bundle up preorders and press ship when *you're* ready so they can minimize boxes.

That, as per @T-Hybrid, but I also suspect that they are also trying to mitigate the issue of when a big box gets "lost"....

 

If the shipping is free or a fixed charge why does the number of boxes create such an issue for people? This forum isnt that environmentally friendly or we wouldn't waste untold gallons of gas driving around to every Walmart/Target/etc to save 18 cents on the hot new thing over buying it from Amazon.

 

Well, some people just want to get everything in one go. Funnily, there are some people who complain getting a big box and the items are creased/squished. Having them in separate boxes helps. I would rather complain about Pulse not having a better way to view orders online.

I got the emails that my Lobclaw and Kraken shipped--and they are already out for delivery today! Woohoo! Bring on the last two!

 

Shipping outside the US is one reason for a Pile of Loot option. Being in Canada I have crossborder services available to help bring package up here, but the per package fee adds up when pulse like to ship in 5 boxes instead of one.
