All my pre-ordered stuff were always shipped out in individual boxes as they came in. Didn't matter if they all showed up on the same day or not. The only time I've seen multiple items shipped together, was for any in-stock items.

Just received the e-mail that the next two Seacons after the first two are delayed now till early April.

Not a huge deal, was expecting it, but heads up.

    Ditto.

Not surprised, no big deal. They'll get here when they get here.

To expect otherwise would be... illogical.

no idea, i can only speculate, but the star convoys through pulse had an extra slip cover compared to other retailers so part of it may be extra time at the packaging phase of production in addition to hasbro likely putting in a larger order than most retailers would probably mean their stock got shipped via a slower method. alternatively, hasbro stock may get ordered through takara tomy mall (similar to how the takara unicron orders and all 3p orders ultimately went through pulse) so they dont go direct from factory to hasbro, but from the factory to takara and then from takara to hasbro. again it is all speculation, but it is a consistent pattern so there is a reason behind it (likely on the shippers end and not on hasbros as the customer is rarely responsible for shipping delays and hasbro is a customer of takara in this situation)

It doesn't even need to be a slower method of shipment. If you were to ship off stock for Japan and stock for America from mainland Asia at the same time, it's going to reach Japan first.

In order for Hasbro to account for the difference in shipping time, the toys destined for the US has to leave mainland Asia before the stock leaving for Japan because the distance they have to travel is different. The entire notion of Japan and the US having the exact same release date for a product is something Hasbro rarely, if ever, deals with.

This is a great example highlighting how long it takes to produce these toys and get them to the US. I've talked to people who are under the impression that the toys are made just a couple weeks before they show up at Walmart. It takes months to go from assembling to retail shelf. Even longer if you account for design time.

Anybody going to transition from their free Pulse Premium membership to an actual paid one at the end of this month?

Reflecting back on the past 12 months... no for me, and just my humble thoughts...

-When shit sells out on Pulse, restocks are unpredictable as hell, so paying for free shipping does me no good when there's nothing to buy.

-When I pre-order, I tend to go big so I get free shipping anyway for orders over $50.

-The one day early access to SDCC items on the their website... was just...

-No plans to attend SDCC in 2020, so attendee perks is useless to me.

-Their free shipping is slow to the West Coast... lol, first world problems. :p

If they included an annual exclusive free members-only figure/toy, a secret decoder ring or pin, and a sweet ass membership card with my name on it for me to put in my wallet... then oh yeah, I'd be down buy an annual membership every year. :D

You've made all the points I'd be considering. Yeah, right now, I'm just not seeing the value of paying for Pulse Premium.

FWIW, I'm still likely to gravitate to Pulse before other vendors. I'm just likely to go over the $50 free shipping trigger, which negates the main benefit Pulse Premium has thus far provided.

I’m on the fence. I’ve had good experiences and they’re a good back up in case I don’t use Amazon. We’ll see what happens once Toyfair hits.

There might also be more Selects this year that interest me. Last year it was just Smokescreen, I think.

Not a chance, for me. I definitely didn't order enough to warrant the $50 a year.

Does anyone know, do we have to manually opt out, or is the default to end your Premium subscription?
