Not even Darkseid uses that slur word.
Wow, Dr.Psycho, wow.
this ep was amazing. i'm guessing the next is the season finally. sadness.....
That was episode 11. Wiki says there are 13 this season.
That was an okay episode.
Dr Psycho has some fun messing around. He uses Poison Ivy as his personal puppet to make mischief.
The implied coitus scene with Batman and Wonder Woman is made funnier by Superman saying he'll watch them go at it.
Sy is back. It was nice that as a cyborg he was able to survive.
Kite-Man knows! Now what?
Darkseid manages to be serious and comic at the same time.
One more to go. Hope this gets picked up for another season.
Glad Harley realized she really isn't a villain.
God I love this show, the Justice League and Darkseid were hilarious to me.
Wow what an ending. I love that Sy's not truly dead, and Joker having a new girlfriend and being a suburban dad is a pretty new thing too. Heck even Bane survived it seems.
But yeah, Psycho has done it, this is sure to ruin the team dynamic.
Darkseid was hilarious, when Psycho shows him around the mall... And Superman chiding Diana for thinking he can speak Parademon just because he is an alien.
Btw, it's weird how even in Superman TAS, where Superman and Batman don't kill, Parademons were their one exception to the rule. Guess they are not truly sentient? Or are clones?
Wait, so there is one more episode? I thought this was the season ending... big cliffhanger for the next one.
Yeah, he is truly the lowest of the low.
As I understand based on wiki-skimming, yes, they're basically mindless zombies who only serve the will of Darkseid. Any semblance of a person that might have been there is gone by the time DeSaad done with them and they do appear to be functionally clones. I think they're made out of the various people enslaved by Apokolips, I'm not sure? And the New 52 Parademons are literally just dead people whose bodies were repurposed to be monster minions of Darkseid.
"Who is Orange Julius?"
I think their origins change given the writing and universe. The Animated War film is the first I recall of the concept of Parademons being created by infected sentient beings, followed by the live-action JL movie. If I recall, the DCAU Superman also had no moral objections to intentionally blasting Parademons to oblivion.
If by some miracle Green Arrow and Supergirl can appear in Harley Quinn and be voiced respectively by Stephen Amell and Melissa Benoist, I would be happy as hell.
What makes Darkseid hilarious is also that every time he speaks you get this ominous evil music and then suddenly cuts if the other character is speaking. Like the dude has own theme song band around with him.
My guess for the end of the season...
Harley, her crew and Ivy end up in Arkham, albeit with reduced time due to whatever happens in the episode.
It's kind of funny how the Para Demons strength and durability scaled to fit whatever's needed in the story. One minute they're absorbing machine gun bullets and tearing off tank turrets, the next minute they're getting taken out by a 110lb woman with a baseball bat. lol
That was quite a finale. Chaotic but well-intentioned, suiting Harley to a T.
I guess Ivy had to face it, she did love Harley. Kite Man had to fly off, but at least he faced up to it and walked off honorably.
Jim Gordon, why do you have to be a jerk like Batman?
Loved the Tim Burton cameo.
Clayface can sing!
I wonder about a possible S3. i would like to see Mayor Gordon as the new big bad, or maybe being manipulated by Two-Face.
Jim's reaction to Space Cabby was priceless.
fingers crossed for Season 3! apparently it's not even been ordered yet
I'm hoping for a season 3, but at the same time, I'm not sure how they would advance from here.
