I'll be putting Takara Legends Fort Max or Pandinus there. Was just too late to get more stuff out. I don't own any other G1 combiners. Generally not a fan of them actually.

Having fun with product photography, I miss unified red/purple boxes.
Takara is trying with the Legends serie with red boxes, but nothing has beaten these.

No question, G1 style packaging can't be beat.

I realized on Sunday - with some rare sunshine - that I had completely failed in my prediction of where in the new apartment I could place TFs safely without concerns about direct sunlight. In the corridor, it turns out, there is significant reflected sunlight from the opposite wardrobe. So I had to move the whole display, including cabinets (and a sofa or two and a massively ancient wooden cabinet).

Here's the row-by-row re-arrangement of my post-Movie Autobots! (Powermasters now sit above this display)

Honestly, the beauty of Greatshot, Grotusque and Rotorstorm in such a small space almost caused the universe to implode.

And here's the display for the post movie Decepticons forming row by row...and then the full post movie cabinet, Autos and Deceps. (Again Powermasters not pictured)

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I was wondering if that wall of JG1 was all his personal collection :p

I love me some Ehobby repaints. I have Crosscut and Road Rage but not Clampdown. I wish I had gotten all of them back when the prices were not outrageous. And yes, those are the closest anyone has come to matching the awesomeness of G1 packaging.

Considering how often you introduce us to other people's collections, it's nice to see yours every once in a while :)

As long as Apeface is in the front row, you can't go wrong.

That makes two of us! :lol

Especially this Apeface, oh how I searched for one this nice and then applied the stickers myself to ensure perfection on display, even with an unused specimen like this, I still had to pop the pin out of the canopy and tighten the backpack. Just made me love it more. I learned a lot about vintage G1 of the time through that experience.

I haven't posted in a long time, but I am getting my hands on some pretty cool G1 stuff, including the last Actionmaster I needed - Tracks! Will post pics once I have it all.
