if i could find future in canada, maybe, but for some reason, i don't care about putting superglue/whatever on newer figures to tighten them up, but on g1s, not as fond of it lol, i have a couple micromasters from when i was young that are floppy, but still haven't tightened them up

I thought there was a thread that showed what future was in each place around the world. In the US I know it is pledge with future.

Only a few more Pre-G1s left to go! Today it's Mugen Calibur's time in the spotlight! :lol

As for the differences, Besides the paintjob, Mugen Calibur has a driver & his back antenna comes to a tip (Roadbuster's antenna is a little more rounded).

About the bot-mode pics, When I tried to extend Mugen Calibur's legs, they wouldn't extend any further than that. Considering what I paid for him, I wasn't about to take the risk. & for some reason, My Mugen Calibur also has really weak foot joints. If I try to stand him up on his own, he'll fall over every single time. So Roadbuster is giving him some support.

picked up a G1 blurr on ebay. pretty much C9.

was alarmed at sharp clicks as you swing the legs down, compared to current toys it really does feel more like a finely honed piece of engineering. love it!

    Congrats!
I love this guy too. I can never decide which is my favorite combiner. I love them all. Menasor, Abominus, Computron and Bruticus are probably the front runners.
The stickers on this one look really good. Mine are kinda faded from playing with them so much as a kid :)

Awesome figures! Too bad I can only afford CM's Mugen Caliber as a stand in (really cheap here in HK).

Sure been awhile since I last set foot here so I hope everyone's fine & well! :)

Ok, from the last few DOZENS of pages I can see that the usual boys still hangs around this thread.

This thread tends to have that effect. Seeing pics of amazing stuff that you could only dream about possessing. But can't . . . look . . . away
    Too . . .much . . . awesomeness

    Oh dude ... I couldn't agree more.

It especially sucks for me - a guy just starting to collect G1. I post a pic of Devastator and I'm thinking "OH MY GOD THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME!!!" Then BAM! picture of MIB Diaclone red Sunstreaker :lol

Bottom line though, this is a G1 Appreciation thread. I feel we all appreciate the reissue Devastator just as much as vintage Diaclones ... although the Diaclones are cooler :rock

    Hey all,

While taking more in-depth pics for the sale of my Diaclone Special colour Trainrobo set, a couple of good ones dropped out. Here's a little tribute to the rarely-seen, and even more rarely-transformed, photographed or documented Trainrobo #10. The blue and cream/white/translucent red recolour of he who would become Trainbot "Suiken".

Beautiful dual-tone cream/white window section, a little-known translucent red head, a little tab for launching the locomotive cab, a piece of track...what is not to love here? I'm really beginning to wonder why I would sell these.

    All the best
    Maz
