Letting go of these two, but thought I’d post a photo before I say goodbye.

Dug up another one of my gem pieces. Unused in box/sealed contents vintage rubber tire Ultra Magnus. Hoping to get a few archival acrylic display cases made for him, my unused in box C-307 Super Ginrai/ Powermaster Prime and a couple others.

Still missing some ‘84 and ‘85 figures, ‘86 still needs a lot of work.

Your display is amazing! My idea for my display case is like yours, but 4 shelves ( 84', 85', 86', 87', and 88') im still refining my sketches and figuring out how to do the hinges on the plexiglass doors. If you don't mind me asking, are those trading cards or intruction booklets next to your Bots? It all looks really top notch.

Beautiful boxed stuff. I like the diagonal approach, but I guess I will just display sideways for space utilisation...

Another great display, always like the ones that are clean and have some sense of order, you even have placeholders for the missing ones. How do you decide who stands next to who?

In fact, extend question to direct to anybody displaying: do you put characters next to each other based on scenes together, personal preferences, mould?

I'm especially interested in how to display Dinobots. I always insist on Grimlock, Slag, Sludge in that order as that is how I remember them being called in a particular scene, then Snarl and Swoop.

I guess you could call them trading cards, my inspiration came from the cards that come with the MP’s I pulled the G1 art off the web cleaned them up and put them on my own card template.

Well I just put the tallest ones in the back is all I really did no sense to the order, well other than Prime and Megatron standing next to each other. I did split them due to the factions, after getting my KO’s Dinobots my ‘85 shelf has become very crowed. I will have to do some re-organizing when I get Shockwave at some point in the future.

I dont have very many G1 figures, but this one is the most special to me out of all of them, G1 megatron. :)  He was actually one of my holy grails for a while and I was ecstatic when I was able to acquire one. Next grail I want to try and find is G1 Jetfire.
