I know what you mean. You always remember your last childhood G1. In my case it was Groundshaker, who I received for my birthday in 1990. As I've stated in this thread before, I decided I was too old for toys at that point so I started collecting Micro Machines, which I thought were more "mature"    

I didn't get another G1 until I discovered the wonders of online shopping 8 years later.

 

I just saw all the pics of your collection. Too cool. Puts mine to shame and I think mine is growing fast then my shelving space can handle. I actually found a Gunrunner today on ebay for a really great price. It was missing one piece. I ordered that piece from another seller and I got 100% Gunrunner for a fraction of what a complete one sells for.

Yeah I was pretty happy about it. I'm trying to collect on a tight budget so any little bit helps. I'm just collecting stuff that I really liked when I was younger for now.

 

I appreciate the compliment! But unfortunately, some of those pics are over 5 years old, and from before I moved all my G1s to my current house  
I'm still working on getting my current collection room set up. Not quite as big, but with G1 prominently displayed. Then I'll get new collection pics up.

Congrats on getting your Gunrunner! I always thought the mounted guns' blasting action feature worked really well and was fun to play with (unlike Roadgrabber, whose reciprocating guns could break if you move the vehicle in reverse...)

 

You’re having trouble getting an answer because price is highly variable depending on condition and what you mean by complete.

Regarding condition, does Soundwave’s door open? How’s the chrome? Sticker condition? Joint firmness? Paint? Does Starscream’s cockpit open? Anything broken, chipped, etc?

Regarding completion, is Buzzsaw included? Instructions? Sticker sheet?

 

Today I want to do something different for G1 appreciation. This is a old book I had as a kid that I gave to my son because he loves Transformers as much as me.

Similar thing happened to me with BW Magnaboss. Because of GPS I was extremely hesitant to buy one on ebay. A guy at a local TF meetup brought one for sale that was in great condition. The only GPS was on the clips on the wing of the eagle (for combined mode) and it was missing one of the feather/missles. That night I got one on ebay for ~$5 shipped and ended up with a minty BW Maganboss with VERY minimal GPS breakage for not much more than retail.

I just bought a g1 Highbrow and when i get it I'm gonna snap a few pics and post them. This time I'm going to bring out the camera since buying this figure has been 1 of my favorites of wants.
