So while we have a dedicated thread for Genshin Impact, we don’t have any active threads for any of the other gacha games. I don’t think theres enough interest on these boards for each game to have it’s own dedicated thread, but I think if we all pooled together we could make a decent shared community. All gacha games are welcomed, leave your wallets at the door. I’ll start. I’ve been an Azur Lane player for over a year now, both for the girls, and the history they loosely pull from. I have around 260 girls with some doubles. My biggest goal in the game is leveling up my characters affinity and “Oathing” all my favorites. My dorms: In the fourth anniversary livestream last night, they announced the arrival of Shimikaze(who was previously exclusive to the console game) An anime based around the Queen’s Order managa(Warspite and Elizabeth are my two favorite ships so I lost my shit.) And the best fucking collab of all time.
Only decent gacha game I found is Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. It's like a cross between Dissidia and the FFX battle system, and it is very generous with currency and has a pity system.
Thats actually one of the reasons I still play Azur Lane above all else, because it’s very F2P friendly. You only really need money for skins and dock space, the pool currency can be obtained by playing the game once a day.
I hate how addicted I get to these. The first one I played was Tokyo Afterschool Summoners (Housamo) which I still play quite often as well as LW's other game, Live A Hero. Right now I'm mostly into Dragon Quest Tact since it combines my love of Dragon Quest, Tactical RPGs and collecting cute monsters~
