E-Hobby. A few years ago I got into a debate about his color on an other site.So I took one of the "Sunstorms" I had to work and had the color matched. I dont recall the exact results any more but the color was definitely in the yellow family. Sun-burst yellow or sun-set yellow if I remember right.
Sure does look more like the orange crayon in my box than any shade of yellow I have. I guess Crayola needs to talk to Home Depot.
Yeah.....why?? Most of my co-workers knew I was a TF collector. And as a manager I didnt have to answer many questions.
If they wanted to, Sunstorm can be retconned into being "Canarystorm" there. His coloring isn't any farther off than what they did to Acid Storm there... I just want a Sunstorm and Slipstream toy before that seeker mold crumbles to dust.
For the record my Ehobby Sunstorm is extremely orange. More orange than yellow, no matter what any computer says. But back on topic I believe the one holding the blow torch is named Flamer. The others are Acid Scream, Thunder Warp, Sun Cracker, Star Stream, and Slip Jet. Hope that clears it up.
Since the purple one was named "Decepticon" by OTFCC, why not just call them Yellow Decepticon, Blue Decepticon, etc, etc?
Because that's no fun. I also prefer "Air Warrior" if they're going to have a generic class or type instead of individual names.
I think I've heard one of them referred to as "Surge", but I don't remember which one it was. The "Hailstorm" name is new to me though. And I know that this is an old thread, but I'm posting anyway.
I would love an ehobby 3-pack ( that gets imported by the TCC ) of the G1 seeker mold in cartoon accurate rainmaker colors. Solid blue, green, and yellow with the only other color being the orange cockpit, black heads, grey faces, and the red & white stripes on the wings.
I hate them to be exclusives for the club or ehobby. Way overpriced. Exclusive to Target or walmart or even toys r us would be very desirable instead
Yeah, but the days of getting G1 reissues at brick and mortar are pretty much gone. A classics 3-pack I could see, but not the G1 toys.
